Feedback:
I went to Garden of Eden for six months. I enjoyed the ability to order ahead and skip the line. I spent about $800 resulting in 788 reward points. When I went to redeem those points to order some items ahead of time I was hit with a timer saying I had 30 minutes to show a message on my phone to the club. This was never shared when this program started and all the associates were pushing it. When I got to the site club within 20 minutes the message was no longer on my phone. Why would you have an incredibly hard to use reward system? Two reasons, you didn’t properly set it up or you want to trick people out of their reward points. Upon arriving at the club I asked for a manager. I was told to wait a minute. No manager, just same person saying they could not help me and to fill out a form online. Why have a reward system that no one on site has any authority to work with. Poor planning, poor rewards system, and overall poor customer service. Taking my business to we are hemp. In addition I just tried to email this complaint to them and I got an email back saying the address cannot receive emails. Looks like they don’t even want to hear feedback.
