Garden of Eden has really gone downhill ever since they came out with their own brand of product. Be wary of all the fake reviews this company posts themselves. They used to carry an amazing inventory of respectable and renowned companies for a reasonable price. Every time you ask them where a certain company went they claim it didn’t meet their expectations, however, these companies they removed from the menu are rated number 1 according to high times magazine. The vendors eliminated include LitHouse, Cookies, Grandiflora, Lumpy’s, and more. Now, their menu is a copycat of all the latest and greatest strains (which they slap their own Eden label on) and their genetics are seriously flawed compared to the original company that created them. Their “top shelf” $70 eighths are sealed in white glass so you can’t even view them before purchase. Once you open the jar they have a nice aroma and aesthetic, however, do not smoke well and produce black ash instead of white. In addition, the effects of the product are entirely different than the original creator of the strain due to poor genetics. To be specific, their Blueberry Cruffin strain is a copycat of the company Cannatique. If you compare Cannatique’s and Eden’s Blueberry Cruffin side by side it is a night and day difference. Their business model seems like a pump and dump with absolutely no customer service while offering inferior products for top dollar.

Garden of Eden has the best weed of all time. The quality of ALL their strains is amazing. Everything smokes really smooth and has great flavor. The potency is very high. Great prices and selection of strains. They also update their menu quite often and keep your favorite stuff in stock. Quick service and easy to buy. Best of all, there weed still hits like the good old days when it was sold in orange medicine bottles

I used to like this place, despite the parking situation and the loud music, but I have to now give it a one star rating. Garden used to always have a lower cost flower for those of us who don't have $240-$560 per ounce in the budget. The $10 eighths called "Dime Bag" were great for us po folk. IT simply doesn't make sense to pay these prices when there is a 6 year over supply of cannabis in California

Great selection of great products. Usually busy but that shouldn’t be a surprise. I’ve never been there when they haven’t been well-staffed with pleasant folks. I’ve also done and do delivery service as well due to the lack of choices in this area. I know that I’ll get a better product for a similar price here. I’m a cart person and their offerings are excellent for the premium cart’s. Much thanks to their staff during the crisis! The online, work-around system is smooth and really helps make things easy.

Always love going here as it’s so close. Fast service, and lines isually dont take longer than 15 minutes. Only problem I have with this place is the lack of parking. From 3-5 or so theres no parking allowed on the road infront of it, so you have to park on the residential roads around it.As of April 15 I’m cutting my review to 3 stars. The reason for this is that their Eden brand cartridges always clog up making it hard or sometimes impossible to draw from. This has happened to just about every cartridge I have bought from them (easily over 10) including the one I have now, which is one of their 1G cartridges. I’m fed up with it, so I took the time to disassemble it to try and clean it, and what I found was that just about the entire airflow pipe was clogged with wax. Do not buy their Eden brand cartridges. Instead I suggest Pax, Select, or Heavy Hitters as they don’t clog up like these.

After much trouble getting to the Garden of Eden, I was in tears when I found out I needed to order online first. I'm 77, not very savvy, so seeing how upset I was, they kindly took my phone, set everything up for me quick as could be! Nice young man did it for me. Then I got to order at the counter! Bless the great young people who went way beyond service expected for me today! I will return for sure! Product is amazing. Thank you again, Garden of Eden folks!

I went to Garden of Eden for six months. I enjoyed the ability to order ahead and skip the line. I spent about $800 resulting in 788 reward points. When I went to redeem those points to order some items ahead of time I was hit with a timer saying I had 30 minutes to show a message on my phone to the club. This was never shared when this program started and all the associates were pushing it. When I got to the site club within 20 minutes the message was no longer on my phone. Why would you have an incredibly hard to use reward system? Two reasons, you didn’t properly set it up or you want to trick people out of their reward points. Upon arriving at the club I asked for a manager. I was told to wait a minute. No manager, just same person saying they could not help me and to fill out a form online. Why have a reward system that no one on site has any authority to work with. Poor planning, poor rewards system, and overall poor customer service. Taking my business to we are hemp. In addition I just tried to email this complaint to them and I got an email back saying the address cannot receive emails. Looks like they don’t even want to hear feedback.

Excellent service friendly staff helpful knowledgeable that was good because I have medical reasons a lot of titanium these days but just getting tired of the doctors saying it all that everybody in the world and opium junkie so they leave a bunch of senior citizens to suffer because they won't afraid to write prescriptions to him anymore so that's just wrong good people go in there and give him a try

Terrible customer service! The fat guy at the door with glasses and a ponytail is horrible!! I explained to him I'm disabled yet he made me stand outside in the cold in a long line..They are very rude and have no type of disabled entry or line. I will never come back to this establishment after the way they treat their patients/customers....I would give negative starts if I could ...We Are Hemp is not even a mile away and they are much nicer to their customers

I like garden of eden but nobody is going say nothing about how the 30 dollar 8ths went from 40 dollars I smoke an 8th a day so I'm looking to spend but not that much for so little but Goe had plenty of 30 dollar 8ths for the whole 2019 year I dont know why they going 10 dollar more all of a sudden , WE ARE HEMP has a 25 dollar 8th from Pacific Stone GG4 now that is Fire both clubs are good but if you want a connect to some dense sticky buds for 25 $ an 8th we are hemp is the spot now if GOE reads this text and decides to add a fire 30 dollar 8th il edit this comment
