Our server Charlene didn't an excellent job. Food was good and plenty of it. Restaurant takes Covid-19 serious and follows all of the state guidelines. I felt safe eating out here. I have experienced other restaurants that I didn't feel were safe to be in during Covid times. Thank you Charlene and all of the management and staff at Olive Garden.

We went in late tonight and upon entering was greeted very politely and welcomed in. Our waitress was very nice to us, but im unsure if she was aware that we could hear what her and everyone else was saying in the back. I ordered a watermelon margarita and the first one was amazing so I decided to order another one. The second one was so strong it gave me chills like I had just done a shot. Ok, no big deal I'll just get a new one. Then the new one I received was so watered down I couldn't taste much at all, but still no big deal. I figured the bartender just watered it down in hopes it would satisfy me. I just politely asked for it to be removed from my bill. When my waitress went back to tell Ms. Adrianna I didn't like the drink again, apparently this upset her as i heard the waitress making comments about how Adrianna's face looked and laughing as if I was an inconvience to them. The staff decided to make it a bigger deal than it even was. While eating not only did I get to hear personal conversations from people in the kitchen but also a few cuss words were exchanged. They didn't seem to have any concern that customers may hear them. I never want to be one of those customers to complain as I work in the food industry myself, but if my staff conducted themselves in this manner it definitely wouldn't be acceptable.

Went to Olive Garden today drove up and a very nice young man came up to the car and asked if we phoned in an order we said no can’t we just tell you or go in. No you have to text it in or phone it in ! Okay I phoned it in. We ordered pasta and meat balls soup and salad bread sticks. The salad and soup was delicious the pasta and meat balls was so dry I wanted to drive back and get another scoop of sauce. Come on guys put some sauce on your pasta.

Ordered the new Spicy Marinara sauce. Found it to be far too spicy for my adult son and my tastes. Also I was emailed a coupon advertising a special three course meal for $11.99. I learned from the waitress that in the fine print details at the bottom of the coupon that the coupon only provides one discounted plate per table at that price could be redeemed. I had assumed the coupon was good for everyone in the party - like Sizzler and Soup Plantation provide through weekly emailing similar to ones that Olive Garden also offers.

I usually love olive garden but service was horrible this time. I understand you get busy. But this was just poor service. I always get the soup, salad and bread sticks because you can't go wrong. This time I added the mozzarella sticks. First the mozzarella was nasty and I've had them before. The next the sauce look like someone gave me the top of the pot with all the grease. It didn't even look like marinara sauce. I was done with my meal before I could even get my drink. I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce with the bread sticks. So after the first batch which was like 4 went pretty fast we couldn't even get another round until my meal was finished. All around it was a horrible experience and if I didn't absolutely love their food I wouldn't go back. Stick the non busy times.

My mom and dad decided to take me out to dinner and mom was craving Olive garden's minestrone soup.With a quick search I found the vegan and vegetarian options. I was happy to find that almost all of the pasta is vegan.The bread and minestrone soup are vegan and there was an option to make your own pasta dish.I went with zoodles which is pretty much zucchini cut into strips to make noodles, with the spicy marinara and a veggy medley.We had a nice waiter and our food arrived quickly.I really enjoyed my food the marinara was spicy with jalapenos giving it that extra kick.My only complaint would be that I wish there were more options. I could have and often do make a similar dish at home so it didn't feel very special.If requested I could definitely make some suggestions.

Ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo, bread sticks and mozzarella sticks, everything was cold and tasted like it was just sitting out for hours. The texture of the chicken from the fettuccine was hard. Very disappointing, one of the workers that brought out our food was very rude like she didnt even want to help us. Wont be coming back, two guys is way better

Fabulous and consistent!! We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, we ordered quickly and our food came quickly as well...nice and hot and wonderful. The place was very clean , busy and the wait staff was great. When did they get so freaking expensive?! Lol! Can't wait to go back but it'll have to wait till a special occasion.

I've been here plenty of times. There is usually a wait to be seated, about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on time of day. The host was very nice, but I did not want to sit by the kitchen in the back room where there were a lot of small children making a ton of noise. So I asked for another table. There were only two in my party and I didn't understand why they were trying to give me a table in the back when there were four empty tables closer to the bar area that were available. I wasn't feeling that back area by the kitchen. Let me also add that the place just opened for lunch, and it was not busy. I did end up getting a table in the front area, the waitress was nice, but the water tasted unfiltered. I did not care for it at all. I have not been back since.

We must have picked a bad night for this olive garden in san bernardino we dont normally go to this one but the service was weak they ran out of numerous things the breadsticks usually come first while you wait for the main course they came during the dinner came time to sing happy birthday to the guest of honor surprise no candle they ran out of that too overall not a great experience.
