My name is Serita Wallace. I am a patient of this facility. I have had a pleasant experience here!!! The staff is the greatest!!! From day one I was welcomed with open arms!!! They have the best care of any other facility that I've visited!!! Not only that but the facility is SPOTLESS!!! You know how you walk into some care centers and you smell that pee or boo boo, not this facility!!! It is constantly being cleaned all the day long and all night long!!! THANKS Greenfield for your pleasant services!!!

My mom had a stroke on November 24 2018 and she stayed a whole month for the rehabilitation she came in not being able to mover her right hand or leg. One month later and with the help of this center she is able to eat on her own and move her arm and leg of course with limitation. The staff is great and the thersapist where phenomenal. When I read the comments I was worried to leave my mom but I assure you they helped her and I greatly appreciate and recommend it here.

I been visiting my husbands aunt for the last two months and I must say the facility is very clean, the nurses are extremely nice and attentive to the patients needs. The young lady in the front lobby i believe her name is Brenda she’s a sweetheart she’s so helpful and always has a smile on her face. Overall my husbands family and I don’t have any complaints I recommend this facility

I’m not giving it a 5 star because I don’t have a family member in this facility and I don’t know how cnas or nurses are with the patients. But I am giving it a 4 star because I went this weekend in the afternoon 1/17/19 and even though no one from admissions were there the secretary/receptionist in the lobby had her hands full with the phone and a elderly patient that was trying to get up from her wheelchair she kept calm and she actually calmed the patient down. She was also very nice to my sister and I and all the questions we had she answered plus she gave us a business card . We will go back soon to get a tour of the facility even though she offered to give us one we were in a lil bit of a rush to bad we didn’t catch her name but if you ever get to read this thank you so much and we will go back soon😊

This place is disgusting and should be closed now!! The staff here has no respect for the paients. A vistor is taking advantage of a paient here and the staff is doing nothing about it. He secretly takes her out and takes advantage of her. The paient is not well mentally and is handicap. I’m currently doing everything possible to involve the authorities to arrest this man. Please keep you’re family members away from this place especially women!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE i just called to ask for a fax number this dam lady answers and gives it to me all fast and then hangs up on me like really ..... I been there so many times and I seen nurses doing nothing but just standing and talking about what happen over the weekend while seniors out there needing assistance or the phone just ringing like non stop definitely will not take a family member there.

Es por eso que Optamos por ir a las horas de comida. Mi mami fallecio. Me quedando muchas dudas de lo que paso. Mi hermana fue a darle el desayuno como siempre y la dejo estaba bien. Cuando regreso a las dos se encontro la ambulancia para transportarla al Hospital de emergencia. Al cual no pudo sobre vivir.

I don't usually leave reviews, but wanted to show appreciation for this facility because of the care that my mom received here a few weeks ago. The place was very clean and spotless, but I noticed how warm & caring all the nurses were, and definitely put my worries at ease. Thank you so much Nurse Gladys and Nurse Nover in rehab for treating my mom like she was yours.
