I came to Generations Natural Health for support in relieving autoimmune symptoms and weight loss. Dr. Pascal recommended weekly hydrotherapy and a few supportive changes to my health regime. In six weeks I could climb stairs without knee pain, increased mobility in my hands and effortlessly lost 11 pounds! I have increased my workouts, have more energy and feel great! I highly recommend seeing her in her beautiful and tranquil office!

I highly recommend Generations Natural Health. I visited doctor Emma Pascal. By far the most useful doctor's visit I have ever had as she took her time reviewing my labs and spent an WHOLE HOUR with me. I have seen several other doctors for this same issue and she took the time that no other doctor took to help me. Emma Pascal and Dr. Deja Heckard-Dunn have just opened this practice in January so it was really easy to get an appointment. I also took my husband to see her and he said it was the most useful doctor's visit he has experienced. This place really stood out to me and I want others to experience the care that I was given here.

I visited Dr. Heckard and it was one of the best doctors visits I've ever had. She spent the entire hour with me and genuinely cared about helping me find unique solutions that work for me. The hydrotherapy session was wonderful and I felt great afterwards. She was kind and professional, and if you want a high quality visit, I would highly recommend seeing her!
