Feedback:
The brunette working the tablet outside is rude And has a nasty personality. When I called they acted like they didn’t need the sell or wanted to help answer any questions. I also hate being called bro or honey at a customer service window or for the person working to act like this either it is unprofessional. This place needs better employees and people who care to be here otherwise go get a job at Wendy’s.....it made the whole experience bad and then as if standing around was any better to then be ignored at the window for another 15 minutes.

I've now come in three times, before 11am, during a Bogo deal and they were already out of the product. They make no attempt to sub a product or make it right. They use the excuse, "the marketing email represents all their stores and there is no way to make sure each store actually has the product." I feel like they are using a bait and switch tactic with their deals. In my opinion the quality of service has gone down since Curaleaf took over.

Ordered online for my aunt (who is distraught over just loosing her husband) over an hour before coming to pick up. They're having you get here and then they put you on a list to go inside. We've been outside in 100 degree temp for 20 minutes in a car with no AC.I wouldn't hold it against them if we didn't already order ahead but we ordered online for convenient pick up.

Very shady, and the product is very weak. All the strains are very low THC and they lie about the numbers, they don't test any of their product for purity or safety and get random growers you've never heard of so you could be smoking weed laced with fentanyl. They use a TON of pesticides and NONE of their products are organic and high quality. The staff LITERALLY know ZERO information about marijuana or the MMJ industry and this store is overstaffed and under skilled. You ask them ANY question they do not know the answer because they're completely clueless children working here. It's so depressing going to a dispensary that is this clueless and idiotic.

Two waiting areas! You get excited cuz your name gets called. But u get buzzed back to wait in the back. And to make it worse you wait longer in the back. Then eventually someone helps you.It's the WAIT that sucks! Great products/selection and nice staff.

If I could give them no stars I would. Not only did they raised all of their prices on everything. I mean everything. $100 an ounce more on top tier 85 more on medium tier. Supposedly had a BOGO sale today that was advertised online. Unfortunately they failed to say it was only good for a couple of hours. They have turned into charlatans and thieves in our only ripping people off. Curaleaf is the death of medical marijuana. Will never shop there again

Check the dates on reviews!!! Older reviews are for the Greenhouse which is no longer. The big corporations buying out all the smaller dispensaries is disgusting. Very greedy of the new owners to drastically raise flower prices. Used to have amazing $99 ounce specials including tax and now are almost $300 plus tax. No break for buying in bulk. Done with this place. It really stinks.

The sales counter is well staffed, eager to help, they have pride in product knowledge, the process control is tight, promos have inventory, and this particular location’s mgmt. understands the purpose of a review, with convos around root cause and corrective action, and that each patient may differentiate in needs with an actual desire for sustainability.

I originally gave this place a five-star review. Their customer service was great and people were friendly. However today I got some chick named Smith who was rude and condescending. Seems like every question I asked was bothering her. When she stapled my bag shut she kind of threw it at me and walked away. Don't think I will be returning to this location considering there are so many options around the valley.

Made my first trip to The Greenhouse today and I was very impressed. I like that the waiting area is actually inside the dispensary and one can browse while waiting. The bud-tender was a great knowledgeable guy named Kevin. He patiently explained to me how some of the products worked, like concentrates and some other items of which i was not familiar. He was patient and made a point to insure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed or like he was trying to get rid of me.Facilities were spotless and support staff were all friendly and out going. I will certainly return to this place. Esp since inventory was so well displayed.
