Ordered by phone med. pizza, my wife had to tell her 5 time, yes 5 time our phone number, drove 10 miles to pick up our order., got there and the didn't have our order at all. A bunch of incompetent don't give a people working there we will never ever eat there again. Little Caesars is closer to us and just as good. no wonder no one is ever there at lunch time. Lost good customers.

Pizza Hut has the best pizza. Even know sometimes there has been a few mistakes but it's okay mistakes happen all the time. I like any kind of pizza there but my favorite pizza sauce is the creamy garlic parmesan and the the garlic parmesan boneless wings are the best. I haven't ate inside the restaurant I've only had delivery every once in a while but the delivery people are very nice and friendly. I prefer eating pizza hut only in this town.

ordered 2 seperate times; both times was called from either a personal phone or a number not listed on the website. how hard is it to list the numbers you're going to call from? I'm not going to answer a phone from Wisconsin if in expecting a call form Glendale, Arizona. I called to verify whether or not we were going to get our pizza and was told it was on its way both times. Waited outside for 45min and the place is about 7 minutes away. Called again and said they had canceled much before. Never ordering again. very poor online ordering and delivery. update website and fix tracker, it's extremely inaccurate. don't care to talk to anyone, we'll just take our business elsewhere.

Tried 2 times.1st time my pizza was dropped.Both times the pizza tasted off from what Pizza Hut normally tastes like.Not ordering again.

Half a star service at best. I was a dine-in customer, was charged for a delivery order. I ordered 6 pizzas, drinks, salads, wings, and only got 1 pizza. WTF! Waited 20 minutes for 1 item. Checked my receipt to see that I was only charged 1 pizza. Asked what happened and the lady at the register had switched orders and charged the two customers the opposite order. Asked for my order. Waited 30 minutes for it all to finally arrive. Asked for more wings. They never came. Got my money back and left. Will NEVER go there again.

Nice to find a sit down pizza hut.Service defiantly could use some improvementBut you could tell he was trying.Manager seemed to really care about the wing issue at another table.Pizza was better then expected. Could have hung out in the oven bout 2-4 minutes longer .Would have liked to known how the salad bar worked. Restaurant and rest room clean.Staff tidy. Still not the sit down pizza hut experience from years ago..Only true negative point. The moron chick, who's boyfriend seemed to waiting in the lobby for her---had us walking back and forth looking like idiots trying to pay.

Delivery just a few blocks away was 45 minutes late. When i called and checked on my order she forgot that she put me on hold for 10 minutes. When it finally showed up it was dry.... sorry Pizza Hut but you failed... on a side note the manager did call me back and made things right with me. So i do appreciate the effort they put into keeping the customer happy. Thank you very much. ( I changed it to 3☆ from a 1☆ because of the effort)

Manager was making pizzas while texting and estimg breadsticks in sight of the customers. Meanwhile Salad bar was not set up. Arrived at 12:05 and 12:44 still waiting for salad bar and utensils still not available When I approached manager he says texting manager. Horrible

Poor service. Our server, Shari told us they didn't have breadsticks, so the pasta we ordered would not come with them. BUT after our food came out Shari told two other tables that they actually do have breadsticks and asked if they wanted them. PASSED by us twice and didn't once stop to ask if we wanted ours or fill up our EMPTY water cups.

We were headed home from the valley so we thought it would be nice to order take out from here. Pizza Hut has never failed us except this one. What kind of place doesn't have napkins? Do the patrons inside all share one rag? Felt like the staff didn't care or maybe we weren't as important since we were just picking it up. *Sigh* Glad I didn't tip because we had to drive the 1 1/2 hr trip back home with greasy pizza.
