Bought 2 ounces of cannabis couple days ago and found mold in it so I call them and talk to the bud tender that helped me and she said ya that’s very common with there lower quality cannabis, then she ses for a future reference if I don’t want moldy cannabis then I should only buy the top shelf cannabis... just a bit crazy considering it’s Oregon state law that they test for mildews molds and pesticides..

Couldn't go in to the dispensary myself since they only allow 1 person per cashier (I have PTSD, among other things, so always travel with another person when that's flaring up, which was the reason for my visit in the first place), but when my partner asked for something to help with anxiety, the employees there decided to sell them CBD gummies, which is about as worthless of a product as you can get for my PTSD (and every other PTSD having person I know). Apparently they also didn't tell my partner that they were selling them a worthless CBD only product either, and they didn't realize because they were stressed out just trying to get back to me. Save your time and money and go elsewhere instead.

I gave a bad review more than a year ago, because of the service I received over a faulty vape pen I purchased at Going Green. I've not experienced that bad attitude since. The budtender's are very patient and helpful. The social distancing has inspired this group to rise to the challenge with creative ways to help shoppers and keep everyone safe. The 420 monthly sale is a wonderful high point during this crazy time. Thank you for keeping your door open. Thank you budtender's, stay safe.

Today is 4/20 in a month of 4/20 all year.I've never walked in a pot shop especially on 4/20 and been told they don't want our business... Was told they didn't want people to come in today. I asked out of confusion why. They said the virus... So you don't need my money?? Ok .. So I left after waiting in line forever. Thanks for makin me feel unwelcome on 4/20. Worst pot shop in town.

I have been going to this place for about a year now and have a pretty good exsprenices, but today i bought a ounce and when i got home I found a LARVA in it. Now this had never happend to me, but seens like somthing that should never happen to a costumer. I gave them a call to exsplain and all that was said was "its never happend to me before. Thats weird?". No we're sorry, or anything. I dont know if it is new owners or manegment. But the new employees and managment is not giving it a good name. Like i said before i like this dispensary. But this is not ok. And worst was lack of caring. I just hope it doesnt happen again. And measures can be taken so that way it isn't.

Went in to get gummies for pain and nausea due to cancer. I need high THC when I asked for the highest THC the girl behind the counter rudely said “ I don’t look for THC I look for 1 to 1 ratio to reap the benefits” very condescending! I’m not looking just to get high as she was rudely indicating. I need pain relief and something to get my mind off of my pain! Go to Oregon Cannabis if you need advise from knowledgeable friendly staff!

I've been going to going green by myself since you guys have opened. In the beginning it was great! Loved all of your employees, everyone was nice and cheerful. Now... I have to stop going to you guys. I don't like your new entitled employees. They are rude and bossy. Not all .. but most of the newly hired. You have one job, take a coustmers money. Give them the weed they picked out. It just sucks that you have to lose business because your new employees have to open their mouths and say stuff to costumers when they should keep their comments to themselves. Half the employees don't even act like they want to even work there. Other than the new employees, everything is great. Their prices are good, they have good quality smoke. Just too bad you can't keep some of your employees on a leash.

-WORST DISPENSARY IN ALBANY-The owners & employees are super rude and unprofessional! The feeling I got when shopping at going green was similar to seeing a snake in the garden of eden. They do not care about the customers, they only want your money!There's better weed with better service elsewhere, do not go to Going Green for your cannabis needs!

It’s a good hook if really ‘in need’ for the green supplies. Otherwise I am not totally impressed with the prices! MJ is legalized and the prices on the market are still deep cut your throat! Not very much market competitions amongst the retailers here locally, so the prices are just set to what the shop wants to charge. Cheaper to grow your own or go to Salem or Eugene area to get your variety choices with competitive prices. I only go to ‘Going Green’, if I absolutely have no other options because the prices are just way overpriced.

Went in on a small budget due to travel costs. I was looking for a cartridge and I know you can get decent 1/2g cart for $20 or less even depending on your area. The lady helping us was very snooty and first offered me a very dark we-wont-order-this-again cartridge. We chatted with her about the Ariana Grande concert we were super excited for. Then she proceeds to start trashing her in a very rude and awkward way. I did eventually get offered a reputable brand cartridge that she finally remembered would work with my OMMP card. Might be a convenient stop just off I5 but next time I'll drive further for better service.
