Just bought too 8ths, customer service rep told me if I spend 10 dollars extra on a 420 PASSPORT I get deals and buy one get one free coupons. I go in for the passport thinking why not it's a good investment. I get home, read the passport only to find all the coupons I just paid for expire in 3 days...never going to buy from kolas again.

Few different occasions where the staff specifically the male staff have terrible customer service and make you feel like you're burdening them or are just flat-out rude although there are some that aren't it still makes me not want to go there other than that prices are alright very organized and the ones that do know something are very willing to help you out or enlighten you on new products but definitely need to train a few of their staff to better suit customers needs (skinny white boy with the hat)

AVOID THIS PLACE! Was treated very poorly by unproffesional staff. Recommendations are terrible. I made a curb side order just for them to waste my gas and time cause they cancelled my order and put it back on their shelfs. Had employees making management decisions and making it seem like they do not want nor appreciate my business since they are representing golden health and wellness and they were the ones that made me feel unwelcomed. I dont think they can do anything to fix this. There is no reason why they should ever treat people so poorly.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I should have trusted the bad reviews! I am not the first person to say the customer service is horrible. -5 stars. Austin the general manager was the most condescending and rudest person I have ever encountered at a dispensary. Would not recomend. Read all of the 1 stars. Supposedly getting the wrong item is a common occurence that they won't fix. The associates lack product knowledge and the customers are paying for it.Update. The products are defective. 2 of 2 didn't work

I work in retail but these lazy people close earlier if there's "too many people" like that makes sense.. Your hours say 9pm! I'm writing this in the parking lot at 853.. Some people can't get out of work any earlier.. Plenty of other places that close when they say, skip this place.Btw there is literally 5 cars in the parking lot.. That's it!

The best store w the best knowledgeable budtenders!! I appreciate all the staff for fast efficient and courteous service. Steven, Jaz, Matt, Katherine and Jesus are definitely my faves. They always give me info on new strains or products. I’m isually just a flower type of person but every now and then I get plenty of information on other items so I’m always willing to try. Trusting the budtenders knowledge makes it easy in and out!! Thank you Kolas on FEE dr.!!

The dark haired girl with a huge nose sold me a cartridge. It wasn't the one I asked for. When i caught this, she was really rude about exchanging it in the case. She made a huge deal about having to call the manager and told me the more expensive cartridges are always better. Bad attitude for a budtender! Next visit was an hour wait time just to get in the store! I waited and waited and not one person came out of the store. There's much better options in Sacramento for bud. Stay away from this store!!!

Okay seriously the guy at the front desk with the AMAZING EYEBROWS WAS BEYOND NICE !!I came in on my birthday and he was like super sweet gave me a birthday hug and everything !! That's called customer service I will come back just because I was treated so nice !!

Today was my first time going into a dispensary. I was very nervous. I walked to the wrong door first (you go to the door on the left) then tried to open the door, not realizing security lets you in. Once I got in, all the staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful. They made me feel absolutely at ease about my visit & shopping. Stress free & easy. I highly recommend this dispensary, especially for first timers.

I've been in so many dispensaries, I could make top five lists for a few different catagories! Kolas would definitely make the top five for best designed dispensaries, best displays, and most resources for new patients! If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t look like a “classic” dispensary, a place that’s good for new users, or a place that can help you try something new, Kolas will be the place for you! They have many return customers and regulars who come back time and again for their great selection and prices, but they a lo get a lot of new recreational users because they are really helpful and they way their products are displayed makes it easy to really see everything they have in an accessible way! Cannabis use is sometimes overwhelming, but Kolas has many different tools for new users, including people like me! I am a brand ambassador for Heavy Hitters, a vape cartridge company! I come to the store once a month to bring customers swag, deals, and educational information! I love spending time at this dispensary, and I know you will too! Check it out!
