This is basically the only dispensary I go to. Not that the weed is excessively amazing or the prices but I do enjoy the place overall. Make sure you ask them to sign you up for the points. It made me mad after all this time to find out they actually have points. I have been going here basically since it open. Never once was I informed they have loyalty points. That really upset me but now I am registered and saved and getting my point every time I show up

Sub par customer service. Especially to a potential new patient. I just came in to see what their MED selection looked like because I just moved across the street and was looking for a new med shop. I rang The doorbell and sat down and waited like the sign stated to do. After waiting for about five minutes I rang the doorbell again. A couple minutes went by and I walked over to the rec side and asked for someone to help me. The gentleman that helped me let me know that I need to send a pdf of my med card over. So I did. I guess as I was doing that he went back to the other side because I sat there and waited for another 5 min before I said forget it and left. Unfortunately I didn

I used to love coming here for great prices and good people and convenience. Now its terrible for so many reasons. Flower that is so dry it turns to dust when you squeeze it. The concentrates are never available or they have limited selection. The staff is not knowledgeable they don't know the specials. And they dont know how to use the registers charge me for pre rolled instead of dabs then limited my purchase because i was rung up wrong. Ill be looking for another place now.

I've had terrible customer service during weekday hours twice. I will be going out of my way to go to the Montbello location, the bartenders at Leetsdale are awful.
