Waited in rec line until a med customer went in. Then another wait with just one person in front. Then once it was my turn they wanted me to send them a email of my card but I had a good clean copy on hand. I just left because I did not have my phone on me and also they said the email to send it to instead of giving me a paper or written on the wall with email name.

Original: My first time not buying weed from a dispensary. Not on their game. Stood for 10 minutes in the bud area with no assistance. Finally had an employee come up to me and was promptly abandoned and left with no help again so he could talk to one of his friends. Everything I was interested in buying wasn’t “in the system yet” so they couldn’t sell it to me, even tho it was on display. Second experience like this at this location. It’s a shame because they’re right up the road from me. Won’t be coming back though.

This is the worst dispensary in Denver. The bud tenders are extremely rude they play music loudly and talk softly behind masks. When you don’t hear them and ask a question because you’re half deaf they will get Irritated at you and scream “you need to hold the hell on, I already told you” on top of that they tried selling us shake for 126 dollars an ounce. Do yourself a favor go to Golden meds on federal. Because this dispensary and it’s workers are the literal definition of trash.

What a rude receptionist on the phone. Today is 6/12/20 and it is 3pm and I just called in for a quick question and was treated very poorly. Terrible customer service from the female working the phones just now. When I got to the store, was greeted with rudeness from the man with the gun checking people in. The counter person was also very rude. I understand that this is considered the hood but people in this area deserve a better quality of service and I feel bad for the locals that shop here. How im the world are they in business, oh wait...nothing better around. Please drive anywhere else but here and be treated as a human being not cattle. They also refused to give me my veteran discount on flower. What a joke of a dispensary.

Excellent customer service from friendly budtender "R.". She moved quickly without ever rushing me and helped me find the best products within my budget. A budtender who never loses focus on the customer is tough to find! The Leetsdale location is doing a great job creating a safe and comfortable space during a tough time. Thanks for what you do.

This place is usually my go to. But I had a text from them about online deals and saw the veritas on sale. When I go there they said the deal was at the superstore but online it had the same address. Manager wouldn’t even attempt to honor the deal. Like I said this is usually the go to place but I’ll probably have to explore other options in the future.

Great staff & product. The variety of options is almost overwhelming. They may have one if the largest selections I've ever seen. Nice job!!Ahhh those were the days. Since my review 7 months ago a lot has changed.19 out of 21 orders cancelled while in the store. Online ordering does not let you get anything faster or at all most days. Inventory doesn't match what's online. Budtenders seem almost annoyed at every customer. I'm hoping the vibe and experience goes back to the way it was before.

We understand the virus is a serious thing and protocols should be in place. The leetsdale store and the employee are showing no regards to this. There should be signs letting us ( customers that pay you) know the amount of people that should be in line. My wife and I waited in the parking lot until people moved from what I can guess was the end of the line. So when we saw that the line had moved we proceeded to get in line, only to be told that we have to let HIM know when to get in line. So he ( the manager) said there was 3 people in front of us. There was no one else there. We explained that we have been waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes and there were no other people that was in front of us. We We suggested a sign would let us know. We like golden meds, why would you treat customers like this? I'm only one person but word of mouth is a serious thing!

Yes this place has cheap prices BUT it’s not worth it! Spend the extra 25$ some where else. I bought a ounce of shake today and it was nothing but stems and actual leaves, not weed. Taste like pesticides and when you smoke it, it tastes like smoking sage, very harsh I can’t even smoke it! Taste like pesticides, I wish they would find a different wholesale supplier. Don’t know if I’ll be going back. I see the owner of the company doesn’t respond to any reviews, so I doubt anything will be done about this either. Stop selling pesticide weed!

Took the trip to golden meds today from Springs and I got two 1/8, I get back home and I have two empty containers.. I've been here multiple times and I've had issues such as underweighed bud but I've never had empty containers. Called and spoke with Brandon and I will be going back tomorrow to get compensated for this issue. I love the deals but I unfortunately won't be taking a trip back here after I get what I paid for tomorrow, make sure you watch your budtenders when you're here if you don't want issues like this
