Been going here for years before the new owners just due to convenience. I’m a medical license holder. I went in March 16 they needed a new print of my license so I emailed the medical marijuana registry PDF, they in turn printed me a copy and let me shop. Today April 1 I come back in with same license they printed me and the manger rudely started calling me a fraud yelling and telling me I need to leave his property. I was trying calmly explain this is what they printed me last time and how could it be fraud if I emailed a direct copy from the state website. He in turn said oh the 1 you emailed is valid but not the printed 1. Which keep in mind is the copy they gave me from the email he is saying is valid. After being in a disagreement I left a tried to call and still explain which went unheard. If anything was fraud it was produced from your office and why would anyone try to enter with a fraud license but owns a valid 1 which you saw and admitted was valid?! Bad business tactics by name calling getting irate and afraid to admit in your wrong doing by you and/other employees. I will be calling to speak to owner.
