Golden meds must be under new ownership. All the good budtenders I liked are gone. After they switched up the store the customer service went down but the product got even worse. The strains I see in there still have a bunch of leaves on them and is dark green with a mildew like taste.i don't know if the owners are trying to save money or what but they lost a customer for good. Great job guys!

The flower is good, but they are super unorganized. There are like 20 budtenders running around bumping into each other and trying to use the three registers all at once. Great prices terrible weed and incompetent staff. I ask for a quarter1/4 y'all give me an 8th 1/8. I usually come in with my brother to purchase. I overheard one of the workers make a very rude remark about me and my bro under his breath with another coworker. Both smiled. Well, I'm not trying to cause a scene, but I to work in customer service and I do no bad mouth the customer or make jokes about them. I am taking my business elsewhere since your employees cannot respect the customer.
