This was my first time ordering from this company and i was very disappointed, my first batch Old Pal , Blue Dream packaged 12/03/18 ( as of January 2019 all 2018 batches was pulled from shelves which concerns me that it was still being sold to the public.) This was recommended by the person taking the orders, the quality was very poor, it dried my mouth out and made my throat sore it had a very strong smell with no kick. I called Golden State Canna to complain about the product and they agreed to replace it only to bring me something that was equally as bad. It was a waist of $100.00 , I will Never Shop here again.03/31/19This is a new day, I was sitting at home relaxing and the phone rang and to my surprise it was Golden State Canna, the caller identified himself as Lou, he said that he read my review and wanted to make things right and that he did. I have had a change of heart and I'm very pleased to say after spending some quality time on the phone discussing what my needs where Lou suggested something else that would serve me better.I agreed to trust him at his word and as promised he didn't disappoint, I had to spend a little more but well worth it .Matt was my delivery person who was on time and I must say that I'm very pleased with the replacement.Excellent customer service. I will be a returning customer. Thank you Lou for valuing your customers.
