The reason I am giving them 1 star is due to the bs reason they raised there prices on oz. It was 100 for the longest time then few months ago they said we have a shortage so we increased the price of bud. Nope done with this place if they increase over something so stupid and not true. Lamp shade across the streets got bomb deals and same stuff pretty much. ?

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received last night. I told the clerk I wanted straight sativa she offered a hybrid I said no I want straight straight sativa in a cartridge. She promoted and sold me White-99. Upon researching the reviews on this strain, it is not what I asked for. I realize I cannot return it but promoting a product incorrectly was very disappointing and a waste of my money. She either did not know the product you sell or was just pushing the sale and not serving a customer's needs. I will look for another dispensary with educated sales staff that operate with integrity.

I'm a regular customer. Pretty good service here. Fairly knowledgeable. Usually a decent selection. I'm an indica guy so that's what I look for. There's a few tenders that I really enjoy.

Prices went up and rewards accounts are location specific supposedly. No longer worth the drive to Denver. I use to love this place, but this will be my last visit.There is no excuse for rewards accounts being location specific and with the price increases I'm sure they can afford to correct this. It is also extremely poor customer service not explaining this to customers up front.
