I just ordered a medium pizza for delivery and when my husband and I started eating we realized the dough was completely gooey and undercooked under the toppings. So I call the place up to let them know and I spoke with the manager who claimed to also be the owner and he told me to ask for it well done the next time I order 4 toppings. I asked if we could at least get comped since he didn't even offer to deliver a new one and he said he could give us $5 off next time. I said, "Really?" the pizza was only $12 you can't comp us an entire pizza since we now can't eat our dinner. He said no and that it was only "logical" that when you order 4 toppings that the pizza dough will be undercooked. Are you kidding??? Their pizza SUCKS and their customer service SUCKS even more!!! Should've gone to Bronx Pizza ... that's what we get for staying in town.
