Total ripoff!! Sorry I didn't check the other local dispensaries first. Several other dispensaries give free t-shirts w/purchase of $100.00 or more. This place- nada. The worse was asking for their advertised $100.00 zip then having to get the 120.BUT the absolute worst is the 100, 120 etc zips are then taxed 20% or so. My 120 was 144. In Durango a 100 zip is 100 after tax, period.

I went in because of a half price ounce special advertised on the radio. I have been there before so I'm familiar with their prices. When I saw prices as high as $240 marked on the bags I asked what the price was with the Christmas discount and the clerk said that is the discounted price. I was shocked, that would either mean they usually charge $480 for an ounce or that they are using false advertising to lure in unsuspecting customers. There are better pot shops in Pagosa Springs avoid this one.

Get to the door on a Friday night at 5: 59 and 50 seconds ring the buzzer, dude peeks through the window to say they are closed. For a shop that doesn't have a whole lot of business and pretty high overhead, you would think they would take the last customer of the day . Especially when it isn't six o'clock quite yet. I would call that lazy, and if I was the owner me and my employees would have a heart to heart on turning away customers 15seconds early. Or lets go as far as to say if that shop cares about the people that pay their bills and need weed to survive, that door would stay open until exactly six. Some of us actually have real jobs and can't go to store until after work. The bottom line is, they missed 300. 00 for three minutes worth of work. I am driving to Durango to buy my weed. Two bud companies in Durango sell ounces for 140. 00 on Monday and Tuesday. Telluride bud company and Rocky Mountain bud company. Way better quality and way better hospitality. I will never spend another dime in that shop and if I have to I will give my friends 20 bucks to go shop somewhere else. I spend a minimum of 300 a week on weed. Looks like you won't get it no more. Edit: Nov 30th. This is now my favorite dispensary in the state. I've been three times now, and each experience has been aces. Amazing, friendly staff without the elitist attitudes you find in other shops. Newly renovated store with lots of room and nice finish. The buds are phenomenal. Grown in-house, they're on par with some of the best nugs available in Denver. Beautiful color, consistency, lots of crystals, smell, taste, potency -- it's all there. Menu is fantastic. And it's all ours in little Pagosa. I'm so happy to have these guys in town.Great staff and selection. Bruce Banner and Northern Lights were tops. I'll definitely be back.
