What more do you want from a small pizza place? Ordering online is easy and there are usually decent coupon deals. Perfect for NORA neighborhood!

This was my first time experience with them. I want to support our local businesses. They altered my payment amount by five more dollars. I guess to added a tip they felt justified taking. I didn’t have any change on me. In my mind? Altering a payment after the fact is a BREACH OF TRUST. The pizza wasn’t hot, the crust was rubbery and the cinnamon sticks barely had any cinnamon. This is so sad and doesn’t help other local businesses.

Just ordered pizza & a sandwich here almost two hours ago. Never got delivered. We waited for a call, we tried to call multiple times as well. Finally at 1:30 we got a hold of the delivery guy, who then told us that he called us four times. Which isnt true, we also checked the number we gave and everything was correct. He said that he would not be delivering our food, then when we asked for a refund back he refused. Then we got hung up on twice. After calling again and again he finally answers and I was recording this time, he stated again that he will not be delivering our food and that there will be no * refund.

I order from here often, the food is always good.I have not had a single issue with them or the food ever.Honestly the best hot wings I've had in Seattle, all the varieties of pizza and crust are awesome.My favorite crust is the deep dish.The pepperoni they use is really tasty and gets that little crunch to the edges.I think the family that owns this pizzaria is really into something, with a sizable menu and decent prices I highly recommend Good Guys Pizza.By the way, I've ordered from them twice in less than a week 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🥗... I regret nothing.

I've ate at Good Guys for many yrs. There isn't many left. The Everett location was my preferred location but, the Aurora one is now the closest to me & I'm in the Marysville area. The food in on the spendy side but is made well. The lady that was there that day was super friendly & even threw in the extra ranch I wanted for free that was $1 each. I had the chicken bacon ranch sub, my husband had the philly sub & we shared garlic cheese breadsticks. Yum! Fyi, if ur gonna pick up ur order, be sure to call it in or order online to be sure someone is there. Even if it's in their "Open" hours. About a month prior my son & I made a trip down cuz I love the chicken bacon ranch sub & when we got there no one was around. Not sure why, so we went elsewhere. But I learned my lesson. Otherwise, good food.

Personally, I think this is the best deal going: ignore the menu prices. You can (usually) get a large (14") 3-topping pizza for $11.99 plus tax, and it is really great pizza. The one in my picture is the deep-dish crust which costs $1.50 extra. Very delicious, and not cookie-cutter like Domino's; Good guys has its own unique flavors. Not to mention, I can pick one up here in only 15 minutes.

I ordered delivery from this place last night and got pizza, wings, and a salad. The food was really good but what actually impressed me was the service, I put in the delivery notes that I was allergic to a certain product and to please make sure that my food did not come into contact with it. A few moments later I got a call from the cook informing me that one of the dishes I selected had my allergen in the sauce and it could not be removed, but she had a whole list of subsitutions ready for me to get instead, she patiently went over my options, answered any questions I had, and still managed to get my food delivered to me without a massively long wait. It was my first time ordering from this place and their amazing service has converted me. I will definitely be ordering again.

Let me preface this review by stating I'm a chef who's constantly over charged and underwhelmed when eating out. So, I've eaten about 1/2 my cheese bread, had a few bites of my sub, and 1 mango habanero wing for an accurate review. This is what a pizza shop used to be, a fair price for a great product! The cheese bread is tasty and not overly salty or garlicky, the wings leave your tongue with heat rather than sweet(something most pizza places have [incorrectly] in reverse, and the sub was almost perfect! The only thing I might do different is toast the sub a smidge longer, other than that bravo!

Extremely rude staff. Ordered a large pan pizza through Amazon Restaurants & was sent the completely wrong size. Tried to inform staff of the mistake & they flat out lied and stated I ordered a smaller size, which is simply not true. Very poor, disrespectful customer service. Contacted Amazon about experience. Would certainly not recommend based on personal experience.

This place has the most horrible service, I call and a woman hangs up the phone twice, the third answers me, maybe the same woman, who knows .. with a foreign language that barely understands English, then passes the phone to another person , that this impatient worker tells me to hurry in my order. They are new owners or I do not understand why the bad treatment to the client. I recommend you avoid getting mad at them, just do not buy them anything. The art of a business depends on calmness when dealing with customers. And the service that the employees offer must be excellent, at least this is one of the worst in Seattle so far. That's why businesses fail here, they do not serve with respect and tolerance to the client.
