I really like the people who work here they are friendly and helpful. Great prices too!!! Only wish there was more than a 2 day return policy, i don't even use my products for several days after i buy them most the time. Still, a Great place 👍

I usually love Good Karma! I was in there tonight 6/10 and purchased some Purple Loop Kush! When I was able to open it and look at it I noticed it had a ton of seeds! I took it back into Good Karma and spoke with the tall short haired gal. I let her know the buds were full of seeds. I asked if this is normal and she stated they are not able to look through all the strains as they carry too many! And that it don’t happen often. I go there a lot so yes it is true that seedy weed does not happen often, however when it is brought to your attention that you just sold seedy weed, don’t you think one would offer to replace it?!? Why would anyone knowingly buy buds full of seeds !! ?? But instead she stated they don’t give refunds on weed! I am now apprehensive about purchasing anything from this store as they don’t know the products they are selling and obviously aren’t concerned with having product that is 100% quality.

Very unprofessional! just ignored me the whole time and skipped me to help two other people without even acknowledging me. Who knows maybe it was because I was the only Mexican in the shop so they might just be racist. Also the staff refuse to sell items to save it for themselves. Why not just take it off the shelf completely 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏻♂️

If I could give them 10 stars I would, they are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I had done some shopping and left something behind, I didnt return for a couple weeks. When i did come back one of the gentlemen rememberd me and had held onto my item, he returned it to me and apologized while handing me a preroll. The second time I had dropped some cash somewhere, I called them inquiring if anyone had turned it in, surprisingly he remembered me by my voice, he said he would check floors and parking lot. He texted me back stating he would check cameras. They didnt find it, however the effort was awesome! Thank you guys so much for doing such a great job!!!!

I'm kinda disappointed with the service today. They have a price of 33$ advertised on leafly however I went into the store today and they charged me at a 40$ level for that same product and told me that is what they have always been at yet last week I payed 10$ less (with early bird discount) for the same product. Not into paying more for the same product I usually get. Probably going to be my last time there.

I have been a loyal customer since shortly after they opened have never had a bad experience. The selection is unmatched in most all other dispensaries. (Stores that have a good selection are too over priced) unlike Good Karma, They have everything you need for any pocket book. The quality of staff and product is worth every second/dime you spend in the store! Keep doing what you do!

I have been going to this place ever since i saw their 5g for $19.20 and I wont go anywhere else anymore. The service is fantastic, the budtenders are knowledgeable and polite. I cant remember his name but i think he runs the place, any way long story short, i was short like almost $10 bucks for a oil cartridge and he told me "not to worry about it, he would cover it"!!!!! I was shocked and humbled by him and told him how much it meant to me because i was having a bad day and Good Karma changed it completely to a good night, thanks guys! Your loyal customer shane!

I was in your store yesterday evening around 7, and the girl working wearing the Cabela's Hat and pink shirt refused to except my 30 day receipt for my OMMP card. It was legit with the bar code and scanning box. Further more she was flat rude, all but accusing me of it being fake. I was very offended. My official card arrived today. I will be calling the Manager or Owner asap.
