Feedback:

I must say that the customer service is very good. They always verify your order before delivery to make sure that there are no issues. Even when there is a problem they solve it right away. I bought a new pen battery and it failed after about a week. With no hesitation they offered to exchange it free of charge when the next driver was in the area. That's good service!
