Lag on lag on lag on . I waited and waited i kept retrying until i finally was able to place an order i had to wait til like 10 pm and he refused to show me my order knowing im a medical first time patient. Terrible customer service. Stay in the street if you are going to act like like street dealers . I repeat im a medical patient. I wonder if i would have had better service and product i i was a recreational user :(

Third shop I have ever been to and they were very nice, affordable, and had a great selection. Parking can be somewhat difficult but hey, it’s in the Westside so what do you expect. Unfortunately, there was a police raid about 6 months ago and they have never reopened their storefront. They do have an online or phone line you can use and they deliver to your home. Did it several weeks ago and it was SUPER easy. I hope they are able to reopen in the near future near there original location as I liked the vibe and interface with the employees.

Why a 5 star review? Because this place is the BEST LA has to offer. Unlike other local dispensaries, the flower is NOT pre-packaged. They still have old school budtenders who show you the flower first ensuring that you get EXACTLY what you think you're getting. (Read my Erba dispensary review for a 0 star review.)Free joints on Fridays with purchase, which NOBODY does anymore. That's exactly how you keep your customers! Fantastic!Friendly customer service even if you don't tip. (This doesn't mean you shouldn't tip, it just means that if no additional service/info is rendered, other than just handing you stuff, it's ok. They won't give you the stink eye. But by all means TIP if the service is helpful. FYI, I tip sometimes, other times I don't.)This is the ONLY place I go to now.I LOVE THIS PLACE.....You will too. :)

My wife, my friends, and I have been going to Grace for several years now, from when they first opened at their original location, and have always been treated right. The staff is friendly, the product consistent, and the prices reasonable (not cheap, but not overpriced, either).Even now that there are dispensaries popping up all over, we will still be regulars at Grace. Especially given the competitor across the street (at Grace's original location) . Those douchebags not only stole Grace's spot, but even ripped off the font for their sign!Go to grace, the OGs of West LA dispensaries.

Very welcoming place and staff. A bit pricey however when it comes to their bud as well as other products. Not enough variation in prices either.Standard $15 for a no shelf, sub par gram. Prices goes up from there.This dispensary caters more to the elite and general population of the surrounding neighborhood which is very affluent, but they are slightly cheaper than their immediate competition which is across the street. I usually only stop by when I'm in the area and don't have time to make it to one of my choice clubs where prices and variety are ridiculous comparative to Grace.Parking can also be extremely difficult.

The manager went around yelling at people today. didn't feel like a dispensary should make me feel, i felt like i was a criminal, when i am more than a year old patient there. Usually a great place but its getting very sketchy quick with the sign on the front door saying 18-20 year old patients who grow are the most likely criminals... I almost feel like thats why the manager easily got mad at me. Because I'm a 19 year old patient, i honestly felt discriminated against when he explained they dont do the half oz hash and weed combo. I mean it would have been four star if he said sorry and didn't accuse me of stealing but i left being one the that was sorry for his lack of knowledge on the rules.

Since Riddler's closed, this place has been my go-to. They used to be extremely over-priced and I hated them for it. However, I've been going there for over a year now and the quality of their bottom shelf has drastically improved and I always love their staff--friendly and enjoyable! Very secure, the guards are the homies! Cool little chillum selection before the medical-only room too. Once you get to know them they tend to hook it up, depending on who you get. That guy Evan hooked it up super fat! Had to post a review. Highly recommend! :)

Great location, a few dedicated parking spots, large reception area with a display case for some pieces and wraps, etc. they have for sale, and even a cooler case with sodas and some other drinks. It's very neat and clean, with a chill vibe and nice decor.The shop is darker yet very welcoming. There is a big screen TV and couches, and even a wall with bookshelves and lots of cool books. The staff is very laid back and has always been very helpful. The layout is really intelligent- they have display cases on opposite sides of the room so more people can look at the large selection of flowers. There are three shelves - the bottom being least expensive. There's a good variety of indicas, sativas, and hybrids. They also carry have high-CBD strains.The selection of edibles and other items can also be found on both sides of the shop. There's a good selection with some unique items at reasonable prices. There are also a couple of cooler cases with other edibles and drinkables.I do wish they had a better online presence, like on Weedmaps, or even if they had more information on their homepage. But I did see that they recently had been uploading flower menus.Overall great place - I'm there at least 1-2 times a week. Very inviting place.

Complete joke of a dispensary. After stopping there, I figured I'd stop in and browse a little. I was welcomed by a gentlemen who I believe to be clinically insane, and was constantly "yelled at" by him. Now, there were some nice people there, but this guy figured he'd be the center of attention and took every measure to lose his credibility. I'm actually willing to believe this guy was doing a little more than just weed. Now, again, there were nice people there, but I was thoroughly amazed at some of the stuff I heard from this "mature gentleman." You're better off buying from the streets. Better service.
