I had an amazing experience. Very relaxed, welcoming environment! Rhea is an extremely intelligent cannabis educator and very kind hearted. I highly recommend that if you have ANY need for information about cannabis medicine this is the first place you should start! Very impressed with the information I received. 100% satisfied with everything about this business!

Literally the best place to go for medical grade cannabis. If you want 'actual' knowledge on how different cannabis steains work in treating pain, insomnia, stress, inflammation, I could not recommend Canna Kitchen strongly enough! The staff are so friendly and truly care about the patients. Their suppositories and capsules are life changing, and that is not an exaggeration.

They never told me that I would need to pay an extra $200 to the State of Oregon to get my medical marijuana card, and the lady had a horribly rude, condescending attitude the entire time that I was talking with her. She gave me no apology, instead saying that I "Should have done my research" (actual quote) instead of listening to them tell us about the total costs of the process. I felt like I was scammed out of my $150 dollars that I payed to see their doctor, who hardly questioned me about my migraine headaches at all. Instead, he gave me a 5 minute lecture about how the government and colleges are trying to "brainwash" people and how I need to try to drop out of school so that I "don't fall victim to the system." The entire staff at Albany's Canna Kitchen/Gramsterdam are incredibly unprofessional, and refuse to show remorse for their wrongdoings. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

When I first met them they were great wonderful attitudes just seemed like great place than I go to renew my card and they require a 50 dollar deposit. Ok no problem. Well the day before my appointment I found out that I had to work and couldn't make it so I tries to reschedule. They said yea we can re schedule but your out 50 bucks. I was like what??? I'm a disabled vet and could barley afford that 50 than the 100 at the appointment. So I went on Facebook left my thought on there page. And. Emediatly the owner calls me. And leaves a voicemail screening at me and cussing me out LITTERALY CUSSING ME OUT and said I need to pay the other. 100 for missing the date and I screwed her hole day up and I better think twice before leaving a review. Very very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I thought I was gonna be a life long client of there's. But nope I will never go there again. I am very disappointed because I thought I found a great place but the kindness is a front and they are fake to you

Jason is really helpful and extremely nice. I have called a bunch of other clinics around the area to get my medical card, but non were as informative. Not just that, Jason says he's going to call you and he actually does! The other places that I have called and tried to get my appointment scheduled, weren't as fast and organized like him. I highly recommend Canna Kitchen & Research. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
