i too gave a one star rating because it is not possible to give zero. I have been going to this facility for seven years to renew my license beginning with their original location. Like many reviewers before me,I too was consistently treated in a dismissive,sarcastic, rude and patronizing manner. I have sat in their office witnessing others being treated in a deplorable degrading matter,until it took everything in me not to say something, believing that this would only make matters worse.The so called office manager seems to be on some sort of power trip,she appears to delight in treating people badly Her manner seems to suggest that she considers clients as inferior to herself, always with a sarcastic smirk on her face.She does not speak in a normal tone of voice but rather yells everything at the top of her lungs. Every attempt to illicit information or in the case of today while trying to voice concerns about current caregiver, she will not let me get any words out but rather interrupts and cuts me off speaking to me as if I'm a mentally challenged child. I don't know why the doctor allows these behaviors to continue without terminating her employment or at the very least counsel her about this matter as if a professional should have to be told this. There are numerous negative reviews about her,all echoing my sentiments.She is responsible for many clients leaving, unwilling despite requiring this service to be treated in this way. She needs to go back to basics,learning to be a human being in this world if it is in her although I highly doubt it!

I'm only giving 1 star because it will not let me give none, I have dealt with many offices, I even have medical training myself. I have never in my 34 yrs meet a more unprofessional office staff. Long story short, I misplaced my paper work from my last visit, not my current paperwork from just going into their office (Even at that visit I knew it be my last time going threw them,) I needed my paperwork showing I had had a card last year for my family doc which was none of their business to begin with, They were very rude, very unprofessional basically refused to give it to me, asked a ton questions that was none there business, scolded me for misplacing my paper work. When I asked to speak with boss they refused hung up on me, call back 2nd lady was worse stated I had called her a female dog but chose the B word which I would never do, told me she's worked their six yrs had came across many people like me, Like me what does that even mean I simply was requesting my paper work that was it. These women at this office are horrible people, and I do not ever speak this way, I'm appalled by way they run this office.All I want to do is give a WARNING THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE.UNRELIABLE. VERY NEGATIVE HAVE NO SENSE OF GOOD PATIENT CARE ONE AND ONLY PERSON WHO WAS OK, WAS DOCTOR HERSELF. IF SHE OWNS THAT OFFICE I WOULD REHIRE BETTER STAFF, THIS PLACE DON'T LAST THEIR MORE MORE PLACES OPENING AROUND GR, PPL DO NOT NEED TO BE DISRESPECTED TO GET GOOD MEDICAL MARIJUANIA CARE. Wow...and by "wow" I mean "TERRIBLE". The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.I called to talk with management (Judy claims to be in charge) about the terrible attitude of the staff and was continually interrupted and met with the same poor attitude of the staff. No need to wonder where they get it.Additionally, the product is very poor. Two strains of the 15 that I have looked at are even worth using. If you can find another clinic, use it.
