I've been working as a server for over 8 years and I love what I do. I say this b/c I try to be very understanding when dealing with service that horribly subpar. I've been ordering from you all almost everyday for the past 2 months. And more then 10 occasions I've waited 3+ hrs just to get flower. I was told to order in the mornings so I started doing that and I was told that customers in Richmond come first. So then I began ordering in the evening and sometimes I don't even get a response until you close. Repeat clientel is what keeps companies in business, but I guess you don't care about quality service. Thanks for making something enjoyable stressful. You've lost a customer.
