Sadly I choose to buy pre rolled joints that didn't specify how much flower was going to be in those joints. I received 2 half pre rolls, one for 12 and the other 17 bucks. Literally half pre rolls. A... more

One of my most frequented dispensaries really went downhill with mistakes and very rude management. I have been looking for a new fav and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful Green Planet was when I called. I placed an online order and the prices were great, im really looking forward to trying what I've gotten. Love the curbside pickup option!!
Feedback:
I am a past employee at Green Planet- my first day there was December 31st 2020. Unfortunately January ended up being incredibly hectic for me, I had a number of emergencies I had to handle and so my attendance was affected and I was terminated on February 5th 2020, over the phone. My trouble started at work; I was pulled in by management to talk about my tardiness and was told that I "need to nip that in the bud"... I did not understand this phrasing... I had 2 emergencies for which I gave notice... but I went back to work hoping nothing else would come up. Suddenly I had to take a 6 hour trip home to help my sister, I am her caretaker since we do not have parents and her Asperger's impairs her abilities. I admit my anxiety got the better of me, management and I had just swapped personal numbers, but I was also just told to "nip that in the bud"... so I opted to leaving a note on a pink slip used for taking messages to tell about my coming absence on January 21st. I got back to work and had another meeting where it was expressed that ownership was worried about my tardiness, too. I was pretty unable to get a word in with the manager... something that seemed to carry over into normal conversation with him as well. I could only reassure him I hoped nothing else would unfold.February 4th came, I had an alternative medicine appointment scheduled before work and after the acupuncture session I felt sick and sore (side-effects of acupuncture) so I texted management to say I would not be coming in due to how I was feeling- the next day as I was getting ready to go in, management called and fired me. I was short on the phone, I wanted to get off the phone... but I was not malicious or rude which is why the next part bothers me so...I sent an email to management, a sort of closing statement along the lines of "it was surprising to be fired over the phone, despite my tardiness for which I could not control, I feel I was coach-able and a good team member- I hope to take this experience to another dispo, and I hope I can use Green Planet as a reference in the future." This email never received a reply... I even mentioned it to reception and to the assistant manager when I came to pick up my belongings. I had asked too, while picking up my things, to have my final check mailed to me if possible, and to let me know if that was a possibility. I left my forwarding address just in case. The next week came by and since I had no reply by text or email I went to Green Planet to pick it up and was told by reception that it was mailed... he felt bad I had come all the way and I assured him I asked to be notified if it was going to be mailed but did not get any confirmation. This was my sign that Green Planet had disregarded me... and it still feels unprofessional.Saturday May 16th 2020 I sent an email to management requesting a Service Letter explaining my termination, a letter I'd like for my records, and to aid with finding a job now during Covid-19 and in the future. That same Saturday I gave a call to the establishment just to be in their minds, I mentioned that past emails have gone unanswered and that this is very important. The following Monday I call and management answers and does not sound pleased I have called- I ask if he received my email and text and he says that "it's an issue for ownership, I've made them aware" (this sentence could have been a response to my service letter request email...). I asked to please be notified if they decide to write or not write the letter so that I can actually know, and I say that I will be following up frequently as this is a very important matter.Friday May 22nd 2020 I send a second round of emails to management and to the general email listed on the site hoping to get a reply but so far, nothing... I am just unsure what I did to deserve treatment like this... I was tardy a few times and absent once... I wasn't mean to them, or rude... just had a crazy month :/I can't recommend shopping there, and I can't recommend working there. These people are not kind.

Sadly I choose to buy pre rolled joints that didn't specify how much flower was going to be in those joints. I received 2 half pre rolls, one for 12 and the other 17 bucks. Literally half pre rolls. A waste of money, my time and my support to this business. You won't see another dime of my money. And I have to add, that just like the majority of the dispensaries in Ann Arbor, they suck. Bloom is the only store I've been too where I feel like I've been served honestly.
Feedback:
I visit here often. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have went to other dispos and this is the only place that I continue to return to. They were very helpful with explaining the different types of products. You also get a choice of a free pre-roll, edible, or other discounts with your first time purchase! I just wish it was not cash only :/ but all is well!
Feedback:
One of the bud tenders that's worked there longer is a real piece of work. Every one who works here is an entitled Ann arbor person/u of m student and it clearly shows. It also clearly shows that that's all they can possibly hope to accommodate is said entitled people. Have fun getting ripped off students!!! For any adults out there drive off campus and the prices are so much cheaper forget about the gas it may take. If you must stay in town due to laziness fine but for your sake don't go here.
Feedback:
I just got my card a few weeks ago and this was the first place I went to. The staff was very professional and personal. Great environment very clean and comfortable inside. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Good prices and top notch products. I highly recommend this place. I probably won't go anywhere else.
Feedback:
Fantastic service, reasonable prices, and awesome bud! The wait was non existent and the budtender (Isaac I think, but I'm terrible remembering names) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly the strains to help my individual needs. It was my first time here but I will probably make this my primary store. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks!
Feedback:
First time today! Extremely exceeded my expectations! Everything was was organized and displayed nicely, and had detailed descriptions on many different products. There were many different options for all price ranges and I find Ann Arbor dispensaries to be a little overpriced for my liking in most cases. Budtender was super kind! Definitely going back.
Feedback:
Whether you're looking for quality, price, or a convenient location on campus, Green Planet is consistently the best dispensary in town. I've gone to this location almost every day for over 2 years, and wouldn't imagine going anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and their knowledge of the field is as good as it gets. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
