Well, this is just my experience, the first time I that I went to Emerald Haze last Thursday afternoon: everything was great. Quick and friendly ID checker. We were greeted immediately once inside and helped quickly. It was busy and it's a small place, but the woman who helped us was very helpful. I knew what I wanted, and yes, I had to ask the price of each thing (which is one of the few downsides). The other downside was I did feel a little rushed as a line formed behind my boyfriend and I. However, there was another couple who got there right before us and they were still being helped when we left, so it could just be how you feel personally. I was not offered any kind of rewards program.However, the prices are very competitive. I don't know if the people here realize, but the prices are inclusive of the 9.5% state sales tax and 37% Cannabis sales tax... I got a quarter of Green Acres: Holy Grail for $75 and an Ionic: Northern Lights 1g cartridge for $45. That equals $120, but Emerald Haze only got $81.91 of that. Then they have to pay rent, utils, employees, insurance, etc...they're not getting rich-- the state is. For 1g cart and 7g high quality cannabis? Very competitive prices, but I'm used to the medical stores.The cannabis was packaged about six months ago so it was a little dry, if that's a problem use a leaf plucked from a living plant or a small piece of fruit in the container with your dried flower. The quality was very good for this strain, and this was the less expensive of the two brands of flower I inquired about.
