Please review my comment below to understand why I'm writing this. After my experience below I received a phone call from Green Cross of Cherry Creek. I was surprise and a bit uncomfortable due to my experience but took the call anyway. I'm glad I did, The gentlemen who originally help me was on the line and he move forward in one of the most meaningful apology I've heard in a while and ask that I please come back he would replace the cartridge in question. As agreed I stopped by and was greeted very warmly and was fortunate to meet the owner. He also offered a very sincere apology and showed the pride in his business a business owner should and he very much wanted to right a wrong and did.I recommend Green Cross of Cherry Creek to everyone seeking a true cannabis experience from a knowledgeable, customer orientated group of cannabis professionals.Thank you, for great product, great business practice and customer service._______________________________________________________________________Bad mark here. Dispensaries compete against one another and mis-leading advertisement is wrong. They recently had a cartridge special 2 for 40, great deal. My first cartridge leaked I didn't complained. I had to return the second one, it just wouldn't work. I returned the second one which they exchanged without a problem. I returned another one and today I tried to return the third and left without any product.The guy working there was a wonder and great customer service skills. The lady with blonde hair got me to the point were I had to walk out because it wasn't worth having a war which she was priming me for. I don't understand why dispensaries don't stand up behind the product they sell us???????????????????????????????????????????????????????All in all if your a dispensary selling an inferior product:1. Yyou shouldn't2. A proper disclaimer, in this case hold the cartridge under warm water, or heat it up and if it happens again repeat the process. Who would buy it under those conditions. (Poor business choice)3. You're not only affecting your own dispensary reputation but you are also affecting the industry's reputation.Shame on you. I gave you one star because I couldn't post this without it. Your score 0
