I had been having an already bad day when I came into this cute comfy dispensary, little did I know I would be leaving an unsatisfied customer, and you know it happens not everyone is always in a good mood service isn't always going to be perfect but those two factors led me to leave a pretty bad review, what I really didn't expect is the care that they have for their customers not only did they make my day again but I wasn't planning on going back but it's definitely going to be my go to if I need great prices on edibles or some wax

I lived near this dispensary for about 8 months and went here a lot, it was expensive, but it was close and they had Wax. I spent about $100 per week here for about 8 months, and my Bank Statements say a persons name, like Anatoly or something. But banks don't take Marijuana money, I did not find this strange until when I called the girl who answered said it would be easy to print receipts if I come in and prove who I am, but then she went to talk to who I assume was Anatoly and she refused to give out records. Records of my purchases, which makes me think something fishy is going on with the finances. Because dispensaries aren't supposed to have credit card processing in the first place.I want a staff member to contact me about this issue.

Great deals on concentrates. Sub par customer service. Crazy wait time. You get that "we're better than you vibe"for sure. Flower prices outrageous, especially for medical. Owner told me I should look at the lower shelf buds because they are cheaper. Lol no. I'll go to my other favorite place which is actually recreational where the best quality bud in Denver cost me $100 out the door.

I just got back from a quick trip to this hidden heaven of high quality low priced concentrates and WOWWW!!!!! Alex gave me a rundown of the shop and the benefits as well as grade A customer service for being in there my first time. WIsh I would have known about this shop for the last 3 years...I will be a billboard for medical patients who want to be able to chit chat with their budtender and purchase something that will make them not wanna talk but just taste!!!! You'll wish your eyes had tastebuds when you smell the live resins, needless to say there are about 10-20 choices as well. I felt at home for the first time in a dispo and it made me realize that smoking is a way of life and this shop absolutely is my new favorite go to place! Thanks much!!

Please review my comment below to understand why I'm writing this. After my experience below I received a phone call from Green Cross of Cherry Creek. I was surprise and a bit uncomfortable due to my experience but took the call anyway. I'm glad I did, The gentlemen who originally help me was on the line and he move forward in one of the most meaningful apology I've heard in a while and ask that I please come back he would replace the cartridge in question. As agreed I stopped by and was greeted very warmly and was fortunate to meet the owner. He also offered a very sincere apology and showed the pride in his business a business owner should and he very much wanted to right a wrong and did.I recommend Green Cross of Cherry Creek to everyone seeking a true cannabis experience from a knowledgeable, customer orientated group of cannabis professionals.Thank you, for great product, great business practice and customer service._______________________________________________________________________Bad mark here. Dispensaries compete against one another and mis-leading advertisement is wrong. They recently had a cartridge special 2 for 40, great deal. My first cartridge leaked I didn't complained. I had to return the second one, it just wouldn't work. I returned the second one which they exchanged without a problem. I returned another one and today I tried to return the third and left without any product.The guy working there was a wonder and great customer service skills. The lady with blonde hair got me to the point were I had to walk out because it wasn't worth having a war which she was priming me for. I don't understand why dispensaries don't stand up behind the product they sell us???????????????????????????????????????????????????????All in all if your a dispensary selling an inferior product:1. Yyou shouldn't2. A proper disclaimer, in this case hold the cartridge under warm water, or heat it up and if it happens again repeat the process. Who would buy it under those conditions. (Poor business choice)3. You're not only affecting your own dispensary reputation but you are also affecting the industry's reputation.Shame on you. I tried this place out based on all the good reviews, which now i am convinced were not put up by real customers.This place is ment for people who dont know anything about weed/1st time red card users. The buds were marginal and overpriced. The staff were unhelpful and had little to no strain knowledge of strains they carry. Overall the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful avoid like the plague if you value good buds and good customer service or have a legitament medical ailment. Avg. $14-18 a g. EDIT NOTE: my review is the most recent and yet you have to click view more to see it. This furthers my suspicion that the other reviews were not put up by real customers.

I was at the IKEA Centennial and wanted to go to a dispensary to get a gram before eating. The closest one on Google maps was Green Cross, and it was 14 minutes away. I'm sure there were others around, but I went because it was in the map. VERY GLAD I DID! They have a great selection. Got a g of the super lemon haze. Delicious. Going back for some Grape Ape. Try it out. You won't be disappointed.

I just love this place! Definitely my favorite dispensary BY FAR! They have such an excellent selection of products. I have to be honest, I didn't know much about marijuana, until I went to Green Cross. They were excellent at explaining everything for my medical needs. I originally got my red card through their doctor (which is so close to their location, and they make it so easy). All of the coworkers there are very personable and knowledgeable. When I see a bad review for them it just doesn't make sense to me. I've now been ONLY going to Green Cross for my medicine for two years now, I refuse to go other places. Anyone that posts a bad review really has no idea what they are talking about or it seems some people want good product for barely any money. When if you want good product, you get what you pay for here. Plus their prices really are not high. When I did go to other dispensaries they only had a few strains that were overpriced and it was terrible quality. I have referred so many people to Green Cross and everyone I know that has a red card keeps going there. I think everyone should check out Green Cross if they have a red card!

By far one of the best clinics that I have been to I have many many of times paid for Earwax and from the Green Cross at Cherry Creek it has by far been the best that I have ever used for medical use. I highly choose them over any dispensary for my oil use. Also they have some of the best prices and for the grade you choose you will not be disappointed in anyway shape or form one of the best customer serviced based places to obtain your medical needs.

When setting up an appointment they didn't mention there would still be an hour to an hour and a half wait to see the offsite doctor, and avoiding this wait is why I chose to go through green cross. While there before going to the offsite doctor I visited the bud room. I was in there with one other patient and only one budtender to help us both so they do nothing for privacy. There was a vary large selection for the top three shelves, but only 2 strains on the second to bottom shelf and no strains on the bottom shelf, so if you want variety you will be paying $35 an 8th or more. Skipping on the bud I got an $18 g of bubble hash and got charged almost $19 before tax. Their product is overpriced and the quality of service greatly lacks. I will not be shopping there agian.
