I am glad I chose this company for my mom's Mother's Day arrangement. I ordered online: it was fast and easy. There was a small hiccup with the delivery.. which was for today 5/8/20. But I called the shop as I found out the arrangement had not been delivered to my mom's work before she was off, but I guess it was my fault for not stating the business hours in the special instructions. I received a call back and was told they could refund me or deliver at another address of my chosing. I gave them the new address and the arrangement was delivered. I was left a voicemail stating the flowers were delivered and that they will work on providing better customer service next time. They also included a balloon for the trouble. They were so sweet and went above and beyond to satisfy their customers (me and mom). I love it! I had to give them a great review.. how could I not..they were exceptional even on a super busy day like today: Mother's Day weekend

I recently placed a last minute order from Florida. I ordered two Orchid arrangements the day before Memorial Day to be delivered on Memorial Day. I didn't realize the store was scheduled to be closed on Memorial Day until after I placed the order. To my relief James and Kim came in and filled my order to perfection with two beautiful arrangements. Both arrangements were personally delivered by James and Kim right on time. These arrangements were for a funeral on Tuesday and thanks to Garden Grove Florists they arrived at the perfect time. Needless to say I would highly reommend this florist and again would like to thank them for great service and very beautiful Orchid arrangements.

I ordered a bouquet of flower for my mother in law for mother's day but sadly, may 10th was fully booked. So i decided just make it on the 11th, a day late but we will never know right. I wrote on the special instructions that if they could deliver it on the 10th it would be lovely. And so they did! My mom in law received it on Mother's day evening! I'm very grateful for them! Wonderful Service!

This place just want to get order from you and doesn’t care whether or not they can deliver the flower on time or not. I ordered for my wife on Valentine to be delivered at her work and they are unable to make it before 6pm so they have to deliver at my house and guess what time I got the flowers?!!! 10pm when the Day IS OVER!!!! WTF?!! Shame on your Garden Grove Florist

The Worst. I ordered Valentines Flowers and Balloons Monday Feb 11th. As of this not 6:30PM local time Valentine's day the order still has not been delivered (Order 87215). I called 3 times each time was told to call back in an hour, finally they took the phone off the hook or something cause just was a busy single. He said they would be delivering until Midnight. I'm sorry Valentine's day is Valentine's Day not the evening or the next day. Very poor service. You cannot undue how bad you messed up this special day with the first Valentine's day with someone very special to me. Shame on you for poor staffing and poor communication. A refund is not good enough. I called other local shops at 5PM local Garden Grove time and all their deliveries were already made. I ordered from this vendor due to the 5 star rating. Well, it should not be even rated IMO. Very sad day. There is no picture to post cause there is no delivery yet.....may never be.

I know its a long review and I normally don't write reviews but my wonderful experience with this shop deserves the review.I bought an arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. I realized that ordering on Valentine's Day and expecting them to get delivered the same day was a lot to ask for. I chose same day delivery and wrote a notice for the delivery person, "If possible please deliver around 5:30p". I knew it was a risk to order online and living nearly 2000 miles away I had to rely on trust and reviews about the shop. At 7pm I had received a call from a kind woman from the store. She explained to me that they did not get to the order till later in the day and that they were very sorry they did not deliver it on time. She offered to deliver it at 9pm or the next day right away in the morning as well as offering a refund. I thanked her for her professionalism in calling me back and asked her if they would deliver it at 9pm. She agreed and thanked me for my understanding, which i thought was amazing!At 9pm while my girlfriend and I were talking on Webcam she received the flowers. She was at a loss of words and at that moment I realized it was all worth the risk. The flowers were in amazing condition, none of them were wilted, the arrangement was well thought out and the writing on the note that I submitted was in the sweetest style that I have seen for a gift.I am so gracious for that call and the flexibility offered by the shop. I am glad I took the risk and ordered from Garden Grove Florist. My girlfriend is ecstatic and I could not be happier. Although they were unable to deliver on time, the professionalism offered by the shop in offering to deliver later the same day more then makes up for it. If anyone has any doubts about this shop, take it from me the shop will go beyond your expectations.
