This wonderful local restaurant has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. They have been providing great takeout including drinks and wonderful food. Do you donor has been dedicated to staying open for both the benefit of the community and his employees who rely on them to be able to feed their own families. It’s been an honor to order from them they have always been extremelyGenerous with your portions in size not to mention great tasting food.

My wife suggested this place for dinner. I really like a good burger. So I said that sounds good. I was supprised at how good the food was. My burger was very good and juicy. I ordered it med- rare and it came out perfect. A lot of places seem to over cook burgers now a days. I also enjoyed the french fries. I will come back here again. Highly recommend

They have a great location but fail to capitalize on an excellent experience with strange decor on the patio. The TVs and fires are great but the “plants” need to go. The back entry needs some work also. Food and drinks are decent; pricey but that’s what happens with such a prime location.

Friendly atmosphere. Love all the TV'S and open door concept, but was sad when a bottle of wine wasn't available. I ordered a different wine to taste and it came smelling bad!! It was old and fermented. Smelled like vinegar. I immediately sent it back! Just surprised the bartender didn't look at the date or smell it first before serving it. Our food was delicious and the rest of our experience was great. Our server was wonderful.

My wife and I went food and drinks at BLK Burgrz and we were not disappointed. I ordered wings and kobe sliders with chili and my wife ordered kobe sliders with tomato basil soup. The food was tasty and filling. Our drinks, variations of Moscow mules were also excellent. The service was excellent as well as the laid back ambiance. The tab was fair as well. Overall, excellent experience. Will highly recommend and definitely will return.

Waited 1hr for food today and we were the 2nd party there. The service was terrible and the burger was even worse. For a $16.00 burger one should know, MED is PINK in the middle NOT well done. It was so bad they comped the burger after seeing the full patty left on the plate. I will NEVER go back nor recommend it to anyone. This place SUCKS!!!

Customer Service and keeping your customers happy is how places stay in business! The new manager should learn that! The place is cute and has a nice set up but the food & service was horrible except for the owner when he came out to say hi. The $15 2 tiny burger sliders were good but I had to give 1 to my mom cuz the wings she ordered could barely be eaten they were so over cooked, tough and had no meat on them. I didn't want her to say anything cuz she can usually go overboard but looking back I wish we had. This place is so so expensive for nothing. We won't ever be eating here again 😔 they won't even refill your small $4 cup of coffee for free, they charge for it. Smh 🤦♂️

Update: came here abput a year ago to try again. Better experiance and good food. But dear god not $20 burger good. Leaving the one star as first experiance was so ridiculous. Additionally service was REALLY slow. I maintain there are plenty of much better burger and beer places in OC!Walked up at 10:20p on a Thursday, sign on the door says they close at 12a. I stood at the door staring at the hostess who was in the back talking to someone. She looked at me then kept talking. After a minute I stepped forward yelling across the room should I just seat myself? She stated they close soon so I "have 15 minutes." I said the sign on the door said 12a....she said "oh well we have something going on tonight so we close early." Sign on the door may have been helpful? Not just staring at me and ignoring me until I have to ask also may have been helpful. Annoying and rude - won't be back after the OK reviews I've heard. There are plenty of burger and beer places in OC!

My third time there this third time it was terrible the Buns seems like they were very stale on the ends the beef burger appears to be very smaller than last time cuz the total was $20 and it's a $20 and fries and it just wasn't worth it where the last couple of times I've been there it was perfect but for some reason the chef was all wrong today the Buns were still in the end and my beef was well well well over cooked well over cook no one asked how I wanted the burger it was terrible just terrible

We've been to BLK a few times. Service has never been good, but today was especially bad. My wife and I showed up around 5:30, and were seated right away. There were only 4 or 5 other tables with people, and at least 4 servers which is more than enough for the small crowd. We sat for 20 minutes with no one paying any attention to us other than the bus boy bringing us chips and water. My wife went and very kindly mentioned to the hostess that we had not been waited on yet. She half heartedly said she'd say something, but five minutes later we still had not been waited on, and we were sitting right along the waiters' path to the other tables. They wouldn't even make eye contact with us. It was like we weren't even there. We walked out after almost half an hour, and by the time we made it to our car (about 50 feet away) I looked back and noticed they had already cleared our table. We only ever went to BLK if we had a coupon, because their food is overpriced. We will definitely not be going back after this.
