I waited 2 weeks for a estimate and I called the lady the next day after they didn't show. She said they did a drive by. I ask how did they see my back yard. She said "oh do you have a back yard" Then I asked how much to do my front yard as they saw it. She said she would have a price next week. I run a business also and if my guys would do anything like this we would have no customers. There's good and bad in every business but why start a relation like this? It's such a bummer to have business's treat you like they don't have time!

Service really got BAD!I had been with Desert Green since 2014 and they had been cleaning my yards every 3 months, but over the last year & a half they have decided to skip my weeds twice in a row which make 9 months of no weeding. That's 3 Mo. from 1 cleaning, 3 more till they come out again (to skip me) & 3 more till there out again. and even before that time they had stopped trimming my bushes. On their last visit they finally weeded (took them 2 1/2 hrs) but stopped at the last 6 ft on the whole north side of my yards, then called me to tell me they would need to increase my rate by 300% & charge me what I had been paying every 3 months only charge that monthly or they would drop me, I had always been quick to pay them, even when they had skipped me, but $100. an hr to pull weeds is unheard of. Of coarse my yards were bad with weeds, it had been 9 months since they had pulled any.

The ABSOLUTE WORST and unreliable business I've EVER had the sad experience to have to deal with. "Jimmy" is a great promise maker but never once has he fulfilled ANY of his commitments or appointments. You're better off hiring a neighborhood kid. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
