I've posted before about the Magnus cartridge but got ripped off again today and had to write a final post. I included a picture of the cartridge I bought after it settled for several hours. It's not doctored; I did not smoke any of it - it is exactly as it was sold to me. Again, those cartridges hold 600ml, and there is supposed to be 500ml of concentrate. I'd like to state here that most of the people who work at the two Glenwood stores are decent folk. A couple of them know what's up and go through the cartridges with you. Most of them, despite being decent folk, just glance and sell. The girl today tried to explain to me that none of the cartridges I had looked at were actually short. I replied a little tersely and could feel myself getting tense so I let it go. The cartridge they sold me today, however, as you can see in the picture, is 350ml MAX.Again, it's the most blatantly consistent ripoff I've seen. Over half the cartridges are as short as the one in the picture. I hate asking the employees to see another one....and then another one....and then another one. The employee today was obviously frustrated so I just decided then and there that this would be my last cartridge and that it's fitting to get ripped off on the last one. I will never set foot in a Green Dragon again.Sorry for the rant; I hate stuff like this. Peace out.

The employee with whom we had the great displeasure of speaking, was quite rude, abrupt and unconcerned with being compassionate or kind to us and to the fact that the product in which they sold did nothing to alleviate pain or discomfort in the least! I would never give my business nor recommend this place to anyone. Needless to say, our needs were not met, no refund given and the whole experience ruined our day!
