I wish every clinic in the State could provide the respectful, compassionate, and 5 star level of care I have received from Green Earth Medicine Clinic. Going to sign up to use cannabis as the helpful medicine it can be felt like something I was being ridiculous thinking about. I needed to try something, some of my Western prescriptions were just making things worse. The first time I walked in Green Earth Medicine Clinic for my appointment, I was shocked with a smile. The staff took me seriously. Nobody poked fun, nobody insinuated or accused, I never picked up even a second where they weren't seriously listening and caring. This is my second year with them, I'm no longer taking a pill as an antidepressant that makes me more depressed. My stomach is so sensitive sometimes even my anti-nausea meds don't stay down, but the staff at Green Earth Medicine Clinic gave me suggestions personalized for my needs, and it has DEFINITELY changed my life for the better. I'm not sure if there is any other place that provides the services Green Earth Clinic does, but I'm not trying to look, I would never want to go anywhere else. They even send me a notification when it's time for my next appointment. I would highly recommend Green Earth Medicine Clinic to anyone suffering from lifelong depression, anxiety, eating problems, digestive issues, PTSD, pain, or insomnia. On some level, I have to be honest and acknowledge that on a certain level, the staff in this clinic have helped keep me going. Thank you so much.

I spent months trying to get a clinic in Portland to even return my phone calls. After all but giving up, Green Earth Medicine popped up and I decided to fill out their form online. A couple days later I received a phone call and was scheduled an appointment less than a week later. Everything was sent to me via email and I was able to print them out and bring all the necessary forms completed before even setting foot in the door. Upon arrival they were quick and effective at obtaining my documents and I was into a room to see a doctor within 10 minutes of arrival. After the appointment everything I needed was placed in an envelope with the certified mail slip. I was able to go to the post office and mail it without my hassle. Incredible service front to back.

I'd like to start with saying I have severe epilepsy and accompanying migraines all of the time. I just called to make an appointment to get my card for my epilepsy.... Debora answered. I asked what appointment times were available, probably 5 different times. Phone calls hurt, I like to spend as little time on the phone as possible. Each time I was hushed and cut off using my first name and telling me I needed to listen without even letting me finish. I have been recommended here by a friend who said good things so I brushed it off and continued to ask for the next appointment slot once again. AGAIN, I was cut off, and spoken to in the most patronizing tone I've ever heard. I honestly couldn't even remain on the call, continually asking a simple question that wasn't being answered and receiving nothing but cringey attitude. Period. I have already scheduled somewhere else and the person one the phone was SO NICE. I will not recommend this business to anyone I know. Nobody should speak to people that way in a position of customer service.

The doctor visit was fine, but the administrator who "helped" me try to upload my data to OMMP was extremely unhelpful. Debra continued to interrupt me while I was talking, and did not understand my questions. This is probably because she has never tried to upload the OMMP forms electronically, and the way she explained it to me was both patronizing and uninformed. After I asked her to stop interrupting me so I could finish my sentence she abruptly said, "OK we're done here" and hung up. If you intend to submit your application via the OMMP website, do not expect Green Earth administrators to help.

Great experience with a warm, gentle, caring staff. And by caring, I wanna stress that they care about the value Your Time. The whole experience took about 10 minutes, barely enough time to finish a delicious cup of tea they brewed for me.A++Highly recommended

I went in to see Dr. Christian Le, what a great experience. I got my questions answered, and felt relaxed in the office. I highly recommend going to this location. The receptionists were so very kind, and helpful with all my paper work questions. Thank you Sara and Maya.

We went to Green Earth Medicine to apply for an OMMP card for my disabled son, and it was a good experience overall. However, I was left with one slight reservation. During the course of the appointment, Dr. Le launched into a spiel about why we must use the CBD oil sold at their facility, and not any others (it had to do with toxins in the soil). I was a bit surprised to get a sales pitch during an appointment we were paying for. I did buy the oil, but walked away feeling slightly uncomfortable about the whole thing.
