This place is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve read some of the negative reviews and most of it is about the price, but hear me out -- IT. IS. WORTH. IT. The price is nothing in comparison to the benefits. Element is a great location to live in: right off the highway, only a 30min car drive to the LAX airport, and USC is right next door. Shoot, EVERYTHING a student needs is within walking range and there’s even an eatery downstairs. And don’t let me forget about the people running this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always looking for more feedback. They respond to maintenance issues immediately, help new residents move in, and always strive to create a flourishing residential community! Chirag, in particular, would always check in to make sure I was satisfied with my living situation. I couldn’t have been more lucky to have found this.
