They are nice here for sure! Sandra at the front desk was SUPER outgoing and friendly, she also spoke amazing Spanish and impressed me with her phone skills as I listened to her help a customer over the phone about their check...I was supposed to be paying attention to the safety video. Rose interviewed me and made me feel supper comfortable while in the interview. They do drug test, witch most of you should be prepared for when looking for a job, but just a heads up. I recommend this office 100%! Thanks guys!

This place is horrible they don't try to help you find a job or accommodate nothing,they only care what experience you had ,in the telephone interview the woman was not friendly I was explaining to her but she had no patience with me , she was cutting off my conversation and that I would hurry to finish talking , that I couldn't believe it has no manners.A very bad experience in that place the woman who attended me doesn't know what it is to be attentive , humble ,help you as much as possible ..A went to another agency very good staff they found me a job.. .

I wouldn't bother trying to look for work with them. Why you may ask??? I was promised a position, i had gone to do thier Drug test waited for the background check to clear & went to thier interview in Azusa, & was told I was going to start work the following qeek just so they could tell me that they had given the position that was already given to me to Someone else. Are F@#$ serious?!!! Why did they make me do all that for nothing! I would not bother coming here

I had a Great experience here in Express. Jonathan was super amazing, he treats me with respect and very professional. Diana, was the first one who accomodated me in the morning and she did a great job in helping me to start on to prepare the paperworks, she is nice and friendly. Julieth and the rest of the staffs are all nice, friendly and courteous. I would definetly give a 5 stars and recommend Express Employment Professional Agency at Covina if you are looking for a job.Great Job to all the Staffs! Two thumbs up!

I was in here yesterday to apply and they wanted to send me and my girlfriend out because they wanted to go on lunch and one kind hearted lady said she’ll take us for the interview and instead ended up saying my drug test was inconclusive somehow and so was my girlfriends , which is a very very hard chance to just happen . Also another group of employees were sitting all by one computer in the lobby bragging about the money they saved on makeup , how their boyfriends treat them and then I hear one of the employees actually training another employee to use the computer basic skills ! My girlfriend asked to apply with full clerical , filing , and advanced computer skills and they told her they’ll keep her in mind but the experience needed was to be pretty advanced due to it being a fast paced temp agency but instead they hire family members and illegally pass people with forklift certification and give family general Labor work ! DONT COME UNLESS YOU PERSONALLY KNOW THESE PEOPLE!! WE ARE UNWANTEDYou can call daily and they’ll say call back another 2-4 hours every time , one lady even said call back at 630 knowing they close at 5PM DAILY !!!

I went through the whole onboarding process, including a drug test in their office. I was told there are plenty of business administration positions and i would hear back from them as soon as they find the right fit. 6 months later i still have not gotten a single offer in my work field or a call back. I do get lots of text messages from Express about Forklift Operator and Janitor Job openings.

I truly feel Express is a genuine company, that wants to help you find the job you are looking for. Yessica and Luisana are friendly , approachable, and very knowledgeable. I read alot of misleading reviews on Google but don't let those reviews hold you back from all the opportunities you can benefit from express. I interviewed with Yessica when I walked up she already had my information pulled up ready to review. She also had some positions that are currently available in mind based off my resume which makes me happy since she took that extra step to review my resume ahead of time.My advice to anyone seeking a job with Express is to speak up really let them know what you enjoy and don't there job serach is based off of your answers, personality and pass work experience!Give them a try you will not be disappointed. No desire to really help. Full of excuses. I tried applying for a $13 per hour job and was asked if i have an Aerospace experience. What?! I said i just wanted to work and would be happy to take whatever they had available. I am not above getting my hands dirty at a lower rate of pay than i am use to. Sounded like Jonathan just wanted to get me off the phone. How could i take him seriously when he was asking me if i had experience required for $30 per hour jobs. I emailed Yessica and she doesn't even have the courtesy to respond "Okay". Nothing. Just ignored completely. No acknowledgment of receipt at all.
