Overall Feedback:
We ordered a taxi ride for a third party and paid for it in advance. The taxi driver arrived one day early. His unexpected arrival created confusion at the designated facility and a ride was mistakenly taken. The faulty dispatch was disruptive which in turn led to unanticipated activity, additional work, anxiety, stress and added monetary cost.
