The staff - friendly, personable, 5/5 stars on that part. However I just dropped $27 on a jar of what essentially amounted to dried leaves. All the potency in it must have dried out with its moisture as well. This stuff burns like it's been sitting on a shelf somewhere for a year or more, it basically turned to dust as soon as you touch it.I feel like I just wasted 30 bucks on a product that in terms of its quality is lesser than the $18 product you can get from anywhere else. The people are cool - the store seems...a bit 'much' for a pot shop (maybe this is why it's so pricey?) but a 'nice' store - the product however, (at least the product that was sold to me) is honestly just overpriced dried stuff that they've probably had sitting around for forever though.

My experiences here have always been great. The team is always helpful and willing to answer questions and just have a genuine conversation. I always leave with a ton of product for a great price and their menu is so helpful for seeing what you really want and need. My friend and I came here one night on a limb and we ended up making it one of our go-to cannabis stops here in WS. I always have a good encounter whenever I am there and enjoy returning to purchase more!

i came in with some friends on 9/10. i also had my (literally) life saving service dog with me (and doctor's notes specifying that she's necessary for my disabilities). she was in vest, on leash, and calmly by my side as we showed our id's. she goes with me almost everywhere! but the bouncer wouldn't let me in. he said i had to have a special "card" in order to come in with my "pet." i told him she's not a pet, she's trained to help me navigate the world with my disability, and that my right to have her with me is protected by local, state, and federal laws. he was rude, dismissive, and discriminatory. fyi, green fire: a whole bunch of disabled people use cannabis to manage symptoms. i personally spend a chunk of change on it myself, but will never ever again do so at your store. i sincerely hope you can work on your policies and with your staff to make your store accessible to all your potential clients. instead of walking away exchanging a $100 for a bunch of your CBD tinctures, i left in tears. it really sucked!

The chik-fil-a of dispensaries when it comes to customer service. The moment I am greeted, I am given full attention, even as I am being annoyingly indecisive. The budtender brought me products not b/c he was trying to sell, but he was helping and talking to me through the different options I had--he cared about making sure I got the experience I was looking for. It was so lovely. All the products were great quality, and they have some nice promotions going on. Honestly, this is probably my #1 recommendation for the SoDo/ID/Beacon/South Seattle.

Terrible owner, nice gal working the desk. Spend your money somewhere else, too many options in town to be rude. 0 people in here when I went, around the corner at Diego Pellicier was packed...there's a reason for this! No plastic accepted here, better price at Diego, plus they take cards. Retail space coming available here soon I have a good feeling...

Perhaps my favorite place in Seattle, this review score is subject to change, because Green Fire is a great example of how important the budtenders are to a dispensary's value. GF doesn't have the biggest or broadest selection, nor the best prices, nor the most accurate menu, nor the best location. What it does have are some of the nicest and most generous (with their time) budtenders around. Although we are in the legal era in WA, the fact is most MJ purchases are still kind of "white label" or "mystery" purchases. Every farm has different strengths and weaknesses, good crops and bad ones, overpriced items and value buys. Add to that all the form factors things come in and it feels like there's a waste of $40 hiding around every corner in Seattle. Maybe I'm just picky, but only about 1/3 of my bud-related purchases have been competitive with the rest, and so far ALL of the advice I've gotten from ALL of the budtenders here has been spot on perfect. That goes a long way in my book and that's why this is the only place I feel comfortable giving 5 stars to at this time. Hopefully someday the mgmt will feel ready to cut the shop size in half and lower prices 10% or so. Then GF will be a no-brainer recommendation to everyone int he city. Lastly, if you're shopping for nice glass - do give this place a look. Not cheap, but special, for sure.

Don’t advertise you are a medically endorsed dispensary if you are not. Why do so many businesses have problems with knowledge and integrity? Let me continue with what happened for the owner. I went in with my niece who is under 21 but had her medical card. It was your front door man that was not smart enough to understand the law and said she couldn’t come in because she wasn’t 21. If you say you accept medical cards, why not allow all with cards to come in? Washington’s industry is bad enough without having to deal with this.

I have been into Green Fire Cannabis several times previously, however this time, security could not be bothered to be off the phone. Apparently the store is involved is several pressing lawsuits that must be immediately settled (according to the manager), at the cost of even customers. My temporary license was turned down, very rudely, even though the "rules" seemed okay to be "bent" several times before, not to mention at every other dispensary in the city. I will not be returning, and I suggest if you want quality marijuana and quality service, any other dispensary in the city would exceed your expectations compared to Green Fire Cannabis.I was fine with the review above, then the manager replied and I thought everyone here too should see the language and aggressiveness too: The staff and management at this establishment are incredibly abusive, vulgar, and obscene, they also do not seem to like when people voice their opinion about their establishment. Review forums are created so that people can somewhat accurately experience a potential visit to a location, and if you do not like your reviews, disparaging the people who write them and trying to call them liars does not change opinions, it only makes you seem more aggressive and out of touch. I was treated with impolite and insulting language and actions both before and after my visit. Here are some excerpts of a reply to my review and another review showing how exactly Green Fire Cannabis speaks and thinks to and about their customers, and how you should be expected to be treated when you visit this business."you are a Liar" - that simply is not true since I unfortunately smoked the couple grams I bought from your dispensary " raggedy paperwork that no one cares about" - an accepted and legal temporary license that in fact had been accepted for months at both your dispensary and more than five others in the city of Seattle"pathetic little temper tantrum" "No one was rude to you (though you may have deserved this)." - Is this the tone that you would like to take with a previous customer and publicly with all of your future customers? I was not even greeted when I walked in, a hand was shoved at me for "my passport" so that is not true at all."Our security personnel was on the phone with the police because, unfortunately, a police incident had occurred earlier in the day. I explained this to you myself. Obviously our security staff is not settling lawsuits from their security station at the front door, and I never said anything like this." - now this one is tricky because when I called to speak to a manager about the way that I was treated and not allowed into the shop, even though I have been in and bought product before, those were exactly the words out of your mouth. You briefly apologized and said that the store is involved in many lawsuits right now and while maybe you should not have had a "door guy" on the phone, your store was involved in many lawsuits right now that had to be discussed as if I should understand and be sympathetic as to why I was ignored and treated so rudely. There is never a good reason to bully and mistreat a customer. "we now have a picture of your face from your Yelp profile, which we've cut out and posted at our front door security station." "this is not a pleasant photo" "we will use it to make sure you never once gain admittance into our business in the future." "Thank you for alerting us about your indecency" "good luck working on your own self-improvement" "It is absurd for you to leave this review, attack our business, and disparage our staff""door guy actually did an excellent job keeping you out despite your attempted con" "you look like some lanky 12 year old" Also, now anyone who goes into Green Fire Cannabis, just know you are being judged for your review reply later, it will have no substance but will be really mean and personal"maybe you think too much of yourself""we have permanently banned you from ever being admitted into our store in the future on the basis of your vain (and irrelevant) nonsense"

Too much space ... Cool counter to sit and look at the menu, outstanding selection & quality. My two cents .... Please reconsider the name. It presents this in a lesser way; it's boutique & high end (no pun intended) and deserves a professional name that matches the customer service & product provided (which are outstanding).
