Over the years I've lived in numerous apartment buildings, and I've never experienced the level of customer service that Green Harvest delivers. It's been 6 years now, and I've only experienced 1 rent increase of $40.00 per month. Also, being a gated property give me and my kids a sense of security! I would highly recommend any of Green harvest properties to live in!

I have almost 5 year of rental history but my husband doesn't because he was a truck driver for 10 years and we told the manager and se said is ok. She said she'll call me in 3 days and that never happened I have to be calling her and she said they're busy. After a week I call again and she said no because my husband have no rental history. And I know at least 2 more people that they did the same. And I call corporate and say that because of my daughter's credit but she bearly turned 18 and the manager said that is not a problem. Corporate said it is what it is. They don't help.

They never clean the pool, I was at 300 S Ivy Street apt 18 and they never cleaned it. When there is something wrong with the apartment they will send you to Home Depot. The apartments are nice but that's all you'll like if you move in Beware! You been warned.
