First of all on 4/20 I got a text from this dispensary with a link to their website. Both the text and the link advertised multiple ounces of flower for $79! I immediately placed an online order and when I got a text to confirm it was ready to pick up, I went it to buy it. When I got there and they rang me up they told me my total was $169 and some change. I asked how and was told they don’t have any more $79 ounces. So I asked why they texted me to say my order was ready and the woman helping me got an attitude and asked if I wanted the product or not for the full price. When I didn’t have an immediate answer for her, she said “okay next” and started helping the next customer as if there was a huge line of people waiting. (There wasn’t.) then a male employee offered to go check the back and returned with two half ounces that he said he could sell me for $79 plus tax. I did agree to that because it was way better than $169 dollars but it was still more than the total I was given online and it wasn’t the same product(s). Overall I wouldn’t recommend this dispensary, this isn’t the first time they’ve changed their prices on me, MID transaction, and then made me feel like it was my fault somehow. There are two dispensaries within two blocks of this one and they have much friendlier staff, better prices, and customer service in general.

After the disrespectful encounter I had with your manager today I will never come to your dispensary again! And Fyi if your employee doesn't ask the customer their name but asks for their phone number then it is their fault. Blaming me for your employers mess up shows how unprofessional you business is!!! No one will ever talk to me that way period! Your business is doing curb side deals in the worst way ever! Never again. Dont buy from this place!!!

Green Heart has been changing their prices at the checkout counter on the $18 per gr. of shatter located in Cannasaver. This has happened the last two times I have came to purchase product from their business establishment; especially since this rude new "so-called" manager Alexis began working at Green Heart. Alexis is by far the most rude and disrespectful employee that I have encountered in all the years I have been a loyal customer at Green Heart. I went in approx. two weeks ago w/ the $18 gr. coupon for shatter in Cannasaver, which I informed the employee before I checked out. Then she charged me $32 at checkout and proceeded to state to myself that all sales are final. I said I live down the road and have been coming in for years and it's always been $22.35 per gr. w/ tax of shatter, after the cannasaver coupon. This self-proclaimed corporate manager Alexis, then stated for me to deal with it, based on the fact we are (referring to Greenheart) corporate now. Furthermore, I came back a week later with the $18 per gr of shatter coupon from Cannasaver and Greenheart attempted to charge me $26. I informed the employee that it's always $22.35 w/ tax per gr of shatter with the coupon, and I caught him lying and called him out; finally he gave it to me for the correct price...shady business.

I will do not be doing business with green heart anymore . Buyers please be aware they will take advantage of you if you are not knowledgeable about how prices truly work. 2 days ago I bought a gram of tree for $13. The next day I went back and got the same thing expect he wanted to charge me $16. Buyers please be aware of who is serving you at the cash register. They will try to make extra money off you .

Went in to take advantage of their 'early bird special'. What is advertised as 'premium' flower was actually very very low quality. The first bud I got into I found 2 seeds, and they just kept coming. 12 in total I found in an 1/8th. That's more seeds than bowls! Normally I'd be happy about free seed or two, but I wouldn't grow this stuff in a ditch in Nebraska. Maybe that's where they got it? Not the first issue I've had with quality here. This will be the last time I choose to spend my money at this establishment. My advice...go next door to their competitor

This is the best dispensary I have ever gone to! I went in on thanksgiving and there was something going on where I couldn’t get a penny joint and so I got to choose a wax and a concentrate for only .99 cents each plus I got an 8th I bealieve and I ended up only spending $25 I don’t know if maybe I went late enough to get some sort of Black Friday special but this is now the only dispensary I will go to

was in their store September 9th and made a $63 purchase On a debit card than a had not used anywhere else for the last month and a 1/2. Later that day and the following day my credit card was charged To the tune of $2000 fraudulently. No one else in the last 2 months has handled my card except for their employee. This may be of no interest to them but you do have a thief amongst them. I doubt very much that I will be back in their store with all the competition around , I will surely tell all that I know and on my blog that your establishment cannot be trusted with the credit cards and sell Mediocre strains and call it top shelf.

LOVED this dispensary. One of my favorites from all over Colorado that we stopped at. Very friendly staff in a cute little place. Short lines but can add up. Great wax, for decent prices. Got so much for the price! Just as much as it is in our hometown in Arizona so it wasn't unreasonable. The short employee girl was very sweet and helped us figure everything out, she even rolled us a couple my joints to hit the road with. Will come again when in town!

Green Heart is the place to go to! The product is always great quality (sold at a great price range) and the budtenders are truly amazing! Every time I go in it’s a warm welcome and the most sincerest service. The staff at this location keeps their customers coming back for more. They treat each other and their customers like family which I absolutely admire. Shoutout to every manager and staff member employed at this location. They sell almost anything you can think of and they never steer you wrong. I rave about this location to everyone I know and I will continue to return; this is the place shop at. Much love to everyone there and the products they sell .

I had the pleasure of meeting the warm and enthusiastic staff at Green Heart and had an outstanding experience. Artak, the boss is so professional and such a gentleman. Art, I appreciated the grand tour and gift. Angelica was so knowledgeable and patient with me. I love the personalized experience and left feeling like family. Thanks to everyone at Green Heart!
