First of all on 4/20 I got a text from this dispensary with a link to their website. Both the text and the link advertised multiple ounces of flower for $79! I immediately placed an online order and when I got a text to confirm it was ready to pick up, I went it to buy it. When I got there and they rang me up they told me my total was $169 and some change. I asked how and was told they don’t have any more $79 ounces. So I asked why they texted me to say my order was ready and the woman helping me got an attitude and asked if I wanted the product or not for the full price. When I didn’t have an immediate answer for her, she said “okay next” and started helping the next customer as if there was a huge line of people waiting. (There wasn’t.) then a male employee offered to go check the back and returned with two half ounces that he said he could sell me for $79 plus tax. I did agree to that because it was way better than $169 dollars but it was still more than the total I was given online and it wasn’t the same product(s). Overall I wouldn’t recommend this dispensary, this isn’t the first time they’ve changed their prices on me, MID transaction, and then made me feel like it was my fault somehow. There are two dispensaries within two blocks of this one and they have much friendlier staff, better prices, and customer service in general.
