Green Heart has been changing their prices at the checkout counter on the $18 per gr. of shatter located in Cannasaver. This has happened the last two times I have came to purchase product from their business establishment; especially since this rude new "so-called" manager Alexis began working at Green Heart. Alexis is by far the most rude and disrespectful employee that I have encountered in all the years I have been a loyal customer at Green Heart. I went in approx. two weeks ago w/ the $18 gr. coupon for shatter in Cannasaver, which I informed the employee before I checked out. Then she charged me $32 at checkout and proceeded to state to myself that all sales are final. I said I live down the road and have been coming in for years and it's always been $22.35 per gr. w/ tax of shatter, after the cannasaver coupon. This self-proclaimed corporate manager Alexis, then stated for me to deal with it, based on the fact we are (referring to Greenheart) corporate now. Furthermore, I came back a week later with the $18 per gr of shatter coupon from Cannasaver and Greenheart attempted to charge me $26. I informed the employee that it's always $22.35 w/ tax per gr of shatter with the coupon, and I caught him lying and called him out; finally he gave it to me for the correct price...shady business.
