Feedback:

I always ask the budtender to pick their best strains for me when purchasing. I had mentioned certain preferences, leaning toward indica but ok with hybrids and some sativas. They mentioned the names of the strains they picked, and packed them into the bag without showing me any of them. I got home and realized one of the cartridges was a 2/1 CBD dominant strain, which I absolutely would never have purchased. I called to see if I could exchange the unopened product for the proper sort, but was told there was nothing I can do, and to tell the budtender next time that I am not there for cbd products. I was not warned that this was a cbd specific strain when purchasing, and would not have agreed to purchase if I had been properly informed. To add insult to injury, I had asked for nothing with a citrus flavor, and every single cartridge they picked is marked with citrus in the description. The budtender also convinced me to save my points longer, which I regret, as I won’t be returning at all.
