We have purchased several home care items from Accucare and always found them very thorough and professional. Our recent experience reinforced their commitment to customer service. The lift chair we bought for our mother last year stopped working, leaving her stuck with the chair partially extended. Unfortunately, this happened on a Friday morning, so we were concerned about getting it repaired before the weekend. She was still able to get in and out of the chair with some assistance but it was a major inconvenience. Even on short notice, the owner (Paul) managed to free up a technician (Darrell) to address the issue on Friday morning. Darrell worked with the supplier to secure Saturday delivery of the needed part and we were soon back in business. This is the type of support I've only received from locally-owned and operated businesses. I will certainly continue to patronize Accucare.

Great, friendly service! I needed to rent a wheelchair for a month and not only did AccuCare have the type I needed, they delivered it to my home. As far as price goes, AccuCare seemed reasonable; however, I admit I didn't do a lot of price comparisons with other companies. Their service and selection was enough to make me stop searching. Also, I found their website easy to use, which is a big plus when you can't get out of the house.

I had a very bad experience with accucare. They hit my car and ran, called them & they denied they hit when their were witnesses. To top it off the pictures add up and they still deny they hit my car. So unpleasant. Can just imagine how the company is ran. I spoke to the manager he was rude and unprofessional. For medical company I would expect more. Accucare if you read this I hope you improve your customer service and honesty.
