Asked for an ounce was sold 2 half’s for the price I was looking for, left the store then realized I had been given a half and a quarter. When I went back in they told me I had been charged for 2 quarters and took back the extra product. The only reason I made the purchase was because of the amount of bud I was getting for the price if I had known I would end up with half the product for the price I wanted I would not have made the purchase.

The Green Lady is a fantastic recreational cannabis retailer. They always have an incredible selection of products available, and an awesome team of knowledgeable and caring budtenders on staff to help you withvall of you'r cannabis need's. For starters, if i could no stars review i would. I'm disabled so i let my dad do all the schmoozing, had a few good products from 'em initially but then the recent batch tasted of mold so my dad went to ask if he could return said tainted product. He Approaches a worker assisting a client saying " can i ask a question" the worker says yes so my dad asks "can i return a product if it tastes like mold?". He replied no which i figured but with the client visibly annoyed & the worker making the executive decision decided to kick my dad out.

Great budtenders, especially one of the GMs on staff who wears eyeglasses and has lighter brown skin and maybe a little bit of a "pot" belly (teehee). I cannot for the life of me remember his name...likely due to their awesome products in stock regularly. They have fantastic weekly and daily specials, a personal favorite of mine is their Thirsty Thursday deal on refridgerated infused drinks.

This is pretty much the only dispensary I will visit. Maybe just a bit overpriced but good quality and atmosphere. All the staff if extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products. Except one employee who I never got her name. She is never in a good mood and always makes the customers feel belittled, mind you this was not a singular experience I had with her. Next time I go in I will be getting her name and entering in into this review. This being the only dispensary I would go to, 420 makes it feel like a back alley drug deal, I really would expect a better attitude from someone working at a marijuana dispensary. Especially one who caters to the medical marijuana patients. I would have written a 4-5 star review if it wasn’t for that rude bud tender.

Usually, I give the staff 5 stars. Today however, I (a medical patient with severe injury) was left unable to purchase product thanks to the pretentious attitude of a pathetic little short woman out of the back room. Yes, you! When you say you accept card, YOU ARE STRAIGHT UP LYING TO CUSTOMERS FACES! In fact YOU SELL BITCOIN (and i can only assume your payment processor doesn't know it). Your terminals for check out work sporadically and YOU CHOSE TO LIE AGAIN by telling me your systems have been having issues for 2 days! JUST STOP LYING TO PEOPLE> your registers haven't worked well with card for MONTHS!! Very different than 2 days for a CUSTOMER who isn't being serviced. Because they didn't work, I asked if I could just pay in BITCOIN, well because that's what you're taking....but without any concern for patients or the money they spend you decided to get snippy and tell me I should leave. Darlin' - you just opened up your business to the biggest can of worms anyone has seen. HOW DARE YOU and GO AWAY FROM THIS INDUSTRY. Foul attitudes accompany ignorance. You have both. Perhaps I should have paid more for my purchase by using your atm because you just can't fix the issue. Hmmmm. FAIL. Say hi to the SEC for me.

Green Lady is wonderful -- either the Westside or Lacey branches. The people who run it keep a clean, well-run operation and staff it with some of the hands-down nicest people you could ever meet. They have a great range of products, without which I simply do not sleep. At all. Come in for what they sell. Leave having made some new friends. They're just that cool.
