They would not honor a lifetime guarantee of a cartridge pen I bought from them. They said because they no longer carry that item, they are not obligated to honor the warranty. When I asked if they could compensate me in any way at all, they said no. I'm very disappointed considering this was my go-to spot for years but now I feel too jaded to ever go back there. I will also take this opportunity to point out that their selection of flower is overpriced for the poor quality they stock. Things have really gone downhill at this location. Budtender was friendly enough though.
