Communication with this initially company is horrible! They answer the initial call with enthusiasm and then fall off the face of the earth. I have had zero luck getting anything done. They did end up reaching out and making it right.

Green Leaf was the first lab we used and they were a great introduction into the lab world. They have been consistent, professional and time efficient each time. Our representative Jesse is always willing to take the time to address questions and concerns. He even went so far as to guide us through our first testing submission on METRC, without making us feel ill prepared and embarrassed. I would highly suggest trying them if your are new to the market or just looking for a consistent lab!
