I’ve bought here before with friends several times when I come down to visit Chula Vista, and never had and issue. That changes for me, and many others I know who purchase there. I’ve tried contacting a manager to explain that the Raw Garden carts I bought were all FAKE. Mind you two of them are still in there sealed fake boxes. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars, I would. Apparently, theres no manager on site and Absolutely nothing they can do about it. Well, there’s plenty for me to do something about it. Don’t waste your time going here people.

DO NOT WASTE your money! Went in to get Dab. They refused to show me the quality of the wax. I have never had a place not be willing to show the wax before purchase. Bought it and it was wet garbage. Unsmokable. Tried freezing it and everything and it is just impossible to smoke. I told them about this and they did not care. Will never go back there again. Waste of money. Save your money and GO somewhere else!

One of the reasons I went there is because I just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to try a new place. Per their website, they were offering First Time Patient deals. Boy, was I fooled. The budtender said there were no deals and no free gifts. Not a good way to win customers. I'll never go there again. There's other dispensaries on Third Street. Maybe they'll honor what they advertise.

Absolute horrible service, product was so old and hard. Bought edibles and it had no effect ! Even after 2 hours of waiting. The packaging isn’t safe at all for storage and it doesn’t give much information . I took the product back to let them know and ask for a exchange or refund and they said no. Never coming back and I will be going anywhere else.

Went in and got a nectar collectar for the first time. Not knowing how to use it. The girl typos me the basics and tm then said the metal stand (which i found to be a s stand after googling). They offered no clips nor warnings about the nail or straw coming out. I wanted store credit or another one. He explained it was my fault and that clips are extra yet they have none to offer. I could have burned a hole through my bed had i not had a proper rolling tray under it. That is poor, poor customer dervice folks. Not to mention the fire risk I was put at not even being told about or offered clips. Shame on you update. I have photos of how it should be and how the one they sold me was bunk I have photos i uploaded them to the website. The fact i got lied tobin my face as a loyal customer is even worse

I've come here for a long time... Long story, came here instead of ER once, been there too many times lol.. Just not welcome anymore I guessI even stood up to the cops for them and haven't seen them harassing the area since.Best of luck

The overdose brand of edibles they sell there don’t hit you at all! They’re supposed to have 15mg per gummie, I ended up eating the bag like they’re just regular candy and nothing happened. Btw I haven’t smoked in months and just ate a different brand of gummies 5 days ago, so my tolerance couldn’t affect it. Sucks to have waisted money on it.

First time visiting a dispensary, i have to say i was a little intimidated. Entered only to be greeted by 4 very polite female employees, This place was huge the view from outside gives no justice. One of the girls quickly asked how she could help. My wife suffers from chronic back pain so i was recommended CBD by this young lady. they have a extensive selection of CBD tinctures, edible, lotions, rubs. I chose the CBD Living brand freeze roll on it was reasonably priced at $30 and came highly recommended by her. It has been 3 days since my visit and my wife is thrilled by the effectiveness of the product. To anyone suffering from chronic pain and is tired of taking ineffective meds i urge you to stop by Green lady shop and try it for yourself. Thank you to your staff.

Purchased 3 vape cartridges of the same brand. Two of them worked and one did not. I called and told them I’m 40 mins away and that I didn’t want to drive down unless I knew it could be replaced. One girl says “yes definitely” I get there and they tell me no exchanges or returns. That policy is fine. Whatever. But to tell someone something over the phone, waste 80 mins of driving and time of life is wrong on every level and very unprofessional. Never again green lady.

Horrible service from the guy behind the tinted window checking i.d's. He got upset because I didn't notify him it was my first time there. The reason dispensaries get a bad name and are often shutdown Is because of people like him that treat it like a underground drug business, rather than an legitimate pharmacy. Homeboy needs to treat people with respect. I walked in there super happy, then left with a bad vibe. Last time I go there. To the Dude behind the glass, have some manners, smoke a joint, and chill bro. Its not cool treating people like that.
