Feedback:

Blonde girl at the front (cashier) knew that delivery guy (me) was looking for Tyra, and knew where the location of the bag was, but didn’t help. Literally spelt out the name for me, smiled, and proceeded to let me figure out situation for myself. It objectively was amusing, but regardless unprofessional. The reason of confusion was due two tables being labeled “Doordash” and “UberEats” respectively. I was picking up for doordash, so ignored them UberEats table. My food was on the UberEats table. Yes this is obviously my mistake for not checking the other table, but regardless it’s extremely obnoxious and unprofessional to not help your customers after they’ve clearly been waiting next to the doordash table for 10-15 minutes.There was no rush, as there were only 2 people including me in the lobby. Her only job in my opinion is help the customers, but instead she amused her self. Anyway the establishment probably fine, but as someone who just entered this place for the first time this was a really annoying experience to deal with.
