Do not buy a vehicle from here period. They will lie to you about any of the maintenance performed on the vehicle. Prior to buying the vehicle I purchased from them, I had a pre buy inspection done. I brought the vehicle to a mechanic and I came back with a list of things that needed to be fixed. A few days later they told me it was fixed and the car was ready to go. I asked for the paperwork about the maintenance that had been done and they told me they could only give it to me at the end of the month when they get billed from the mechanic. It has been two months and they still refuse to cooperate with me. I drove less then 200 miles on the vehicle and had to bring it into a shop. I made it clear when I purchased the vehicle that before I bought it, it needed to be ready to go with no issues. They assured me of just that. Now I'm stuck with over a $2000.00 bill because of the trust worthy backyard mechanic they use.List of issues they lied about being fixed:-Coolant was wrong from the start. (ask them to fix it, they told me it was fixed) -Vehicle had a history of Cyl. 5 & 7 misfire codes. (Said they fixed)-Improper Vin was recorded during smog, had to return the vehicle so they could fix. Found out they had a cob job of wires for a pump on the vehicle. (also something they claimed they fixed)Buyer beware!

I wouldn’t do business with this place. Spent a good week working with Hector to work out a deal for a car. I thought we had a deal, cause he told me we had a deal. Come to find the day I go buy the car, it’s already sold, offers me another car. Drive all the way down to the lot tells me some one put a deposit down on Wednesday. Why would you offer me a car knowing it has a deposit. Very unprofessional, huge waste of time. Safe yourself the trouble and go some where else.

Looking for a new car for the family. Found these guys online. Went in and paid cash for the car after test driving and checking computers for codes. Seemed like it had little issues like a filter and headlight lamp malfunction. They said theyll take care of it. Had the car for no more than 2 days when ot had a mosfire on 6th gear and coolant completely leaked out. After this tried to bring car back because i didnt pay for a project car. The youngest brother told me straight up im not getting my money back. Talked to the manager next day and told me that they will give my money back minus $500 for restocking and contract cancellation fees. Never going to any dealer again. Complete trash and nothing but your typical snakes. Sure they even got plenty fake reviews on here so yeah. Buyer beware

These days you can buy a car from anywhere at any price if you do the right search but at greenlight all the staffs are professionals and they don't chase after customers they like to treat you with like family and even extend that help after you purchase the vehicle I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here talk to Hector. When it comes to customer service they go above and beyond for you that's what I like and that's why I purchase the car from him

I went there to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic Ex for my 20 year old grand daughter, the staff at Greenlight Auto Group were extremely friendly to my grand daughter. They gave her a huge discount and offered her a free car wash. Extremely polite gentlement. I myself have never been treated with this much professionalism anywhere else. My grand daughter feels very special and she will always remember this pleasant experience. Both of us recommend this establishment. Thank you Tony Gailani......

I brought an SUV from Greenlightautogroup a few weeks ago and I am so happy. I wanted toShare with others because getting a car sometimes can be a hassle but not with these guys. Nice guys running the place. A got a van that was missing its navigation SD card, he told me it come in the mail. A month later he swore he mailed it with the title but it wasn't there. so he said he would get another one and weeks went by and he said he hadn't got one off ebay, so after 2 months of asking and bugging him about it, he said i was gonna have to go to the dealer and purchase one. $180 bucks at the Toyota service. Tony said without saying that i was gonna have to buy it, but he got it for me at his dealer price.. a whole $10 bucks off. but i can find it on ebay for half that... the problem wasn't the money that it cost to get a SD navigation chip, I'm just super annoyed that i had to wait 4 months of nagging him before I got a straight understanding of this guy. now i've been waiting another 2 months cause its on back order from Toyota. annoying...But don't drive off the lot with one of his cars until you go home and look around some more... people not keeping their word... annoying
