This use to be my go to spot, used to have great bud and great prices. Then their prices increased but quality has decreased. The last two times I came in in an attempt to give them another shot and have left feeling severely disappointed. They have also changed their pricing to before tax instead of otd. The first of my last two trips the flower I got was way too pricey, dry, and tasted like I was smoking hay, not what I'd expect for a 200 oz. My last and final trip in I wanted to use my rewards points but was informed they changed the system and all the points I had accumulated are no longer, was told I had until end of May to redeem them and that I should have gotten an email about it, I did not. So was not happy to find out the 7 to 8 thousand points I had are gone. If you want good deals try the stone, can't vouch for their flower yet, but edibles and concentrates are always on special there, with a large variety.

Possible racism - I should’ve spoken up when I had the opportunity and I regret not using my voice. My partner and I came here today 05/31/2020 to see what edibles they had. Upon entry there was a black man in front of us giving his ID to the man behind the counter who had blonde dreads. We only heard the last part of the conversation which was more like an argument. The mans ID expires on 05/31/2020. To my knowledge, that means he can use his ID today but would be unable to use it as of midnight tonight - making it unusable on 06/01/2020. The man behind the counter was telling the potential customer he could not accept his ID because it was expired. The potential customer politely disagreed and said it would be unusable tomorrow. He still refused to use the ID and the potential customer left. My partner and I looked at each other and immediately got a sinking feeling, felt uncomfortable and left. We don’t feel comfortable giving this business our business after what we witnessed. I will add this is right after the unfortunate George Floyd murder, which left a really bad taste in our mouths. I’m sorry but we can’t support this business.

Today my friend and I went online to order some wax for curbside pickup for the first time. We regrettably chose this dispensary because we saw a deal for 2g of wax for $20 on weedmaps. We made our order and received a text saying it was ready for pickup then proceeded to walk to Green Man. When we got there the man out from took our money, went inside and came out with a bag and change. We opened our bag and it only had one gram in it. We told the manager and sales associate and they just told us all sales are final and that they made a mistake on weedmaps, but it's been fixed. Thanks a whole lot green man: we have half of what we ordered and were told to come pick up. Don't shop here unless you want to be ripped off and refused a refund. Even the general manager, Sara Wipf, only offered us 20% off our next gram of wax. Being cheap and ripping people off is an excellent way to lose customers

Love coming here for all my smoke weather it's flower or dabs they got me, Many new faces in the last months all very nice but really love all the older staff so friendly an helpful ! They also do a point system that has came in handy between pay days ! Definitely recommend !!

This dispensary is one of my favorites. They have a selection starting at $6.00 grams which is always still excellent bud like Willie's red headed stranger, white 99, etc. And know the other end of spectrum some of the best strains available anywhere like Ghost Train Haze. I love the early bird concentrate deal that is a gram of wax or similar for $12 OTD and starting at $15 any other time even getting the Ghost Train Haze wax or shatter for the $15 price which would run $25-$50 at many other places and would usually only be available top shelf but luckily Green Man created the somewhat legendary strain along with a couple other well known heavy hitter strains. Also have rewards program that is super simple to understand.

Well, I go to Green Man regularly on Santa Fe. In Denver. I like the quality and the service. All is great. The last time I visited though I had a horrible experience. The guy working the entrance was quite rude. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk. So, after I waited a few minutes, I tapped on the door. Not loud but, just to let staff know I was there. The guy came out and said ' we are kinda . I let it go. Well, I am headed there now to get some flower. I won't change my place to purchase my weed ' cause it is the best. But, I just wanted to alert you that that was rude. I come there for all my cannibas needs. I just wanted to say that it was quite rude. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that this has only happened once. With that kinda attitude, it could run off business.

Biggest disappointment ever! The green man usually has never let me down. Well I just made a visit today on June 28th and was very disappointed. Bought a OZ of Bubba Kush just to get home and find half of it was complete shake and I absolutely hate shake!!! So basically wasted my time and money and I drove from Missouri. Never would I have thought they would be so shady.

They automatically assumed I was going to be giving it to my younger sister. If I had been in a car they wouldn’t have said anything but simply because they could see her they wouldn’t even let us in. I am 27 years old. And yes she is 20 but I am not going to contribute to the delinquency of a minor! That’s rude and I don’t recommend dealing with it. We are on vacation and we had just stopped at the purple haze next door so of course we had her with us!

I’ve decided not to come back to this location for one major reason. I don’t feel like my business is appreciated or cared about. When you dump the jar into the container shake it and then take out extra it leaves behind all the shake and what not. The DTC location always takes time to make sure you are getting quality product. Being in the service industry I always tip well and at this location it feels very waisted.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been going here on and off for three years now when I am home from college on break and I have given it an honest try, spent more than $500 overall so I think I can make an accurate assessment of the place. Most times the staff are vey rude and not helpful at all, their are some who are nice and extremely helpful but that is not the majority but the minority. Also most of the workers are very lazy once it took more than 10 minutes to get me in the door when I was the only costumer.My last experience made me write this review so people can save their money and go to a better place. I bought two pax pods and they had issues (one was only half full and the other was clogged and would not pull) and when I brought it up to them they where not helpful and where even mean and condescending to me about it, saying that I should take it with the pod company. What type of company does not take responsibility for the products they sale, this is a poor business model and it might be you when you have an issue and they won't help. Don't give them your money. Go to terrapin or any other dispensary where they are nice, good products and will take responsibility when they give you bad products and make you feel like a valuable customer. Stay clear from this place, its for your own good!
